I am so happy that Dr Klaper has joined the Aroga group here, in Victoria. Aroga has been my provider for the last two years and they have literally changed my life.

Thank you for sharing. I live in British Columbia and appreciate knowing where a plant based medical clinic is. Does aroga accept patients without referrals? Following a plant based diet (80% of the time), I have lowered my cholesterol readings from 5.45 to 2.8. It is enactment to continue and aim for a higher percent of following the protocol.
Welcome Dr, Klapper, great lecture, easy to follow without too much detail. Details we can get from books. Your presentation is a good introduction to those who need to know more but wouldn’t have the patience to read a book.

Thanks! Managed to lose some weight on a whole plant foods with no oil or salts. Noticed that I need to reduce the kim chi and the msg in my foods to make my plant foods less hyperpalatable. White blood count came down to 4 after losing some weight. Unfortunately most people won't listen until it is too late.

Need information for those that just when planted base and have osteoporosis. Like more information on the causes of osteoporosis, beside the obvious ones always stated. Suggestions on helping bones stay healthy; example, eating foods with K2, drinking more water. Also read that too low salt diets can cause bone loss. Mainly would like information on the interactions of plant based foods and bone health.

Check out his website, he has a video lecture on osteoporosis. Not sure he talks about all the things you brought up though.

Dr Klapper is wonderful. But please stay away from the long intros, put links in descriptions for that, and get right into the material, and keep it fast moving. Otherwise you may lose many viewers.

Eating a high fat meal without the presence of carbs actually lowers inflammatory markers, such as CRP and cytokines.

      Findings related to blood flow:
This narrative review reported that a ketogenic diet improved vascular endothelial function, which is directly related to blood flow. The study found that the ketogenic diet had beneficial effects on several factors that influence blood flow and cardiovascular health:
      Improved vascular endothelial function
      Reduced inflammation
      Beneficial effects on blood pressure
Positive impact on other cardiovascular disease risk factors through weight loss

Lol sorry, but making up terms like "malignant synergy" and "the red tide" doesn't convince anyone to go vegan. It actively undermines the movement.

No fiber in carnivore diet. It will become very obvious in your older years if you live very long. I hope you're keeping track of your LDL's. No research to back up what you say.
