Cheers bud. I’m gonna keep hold of it I’m afraid. I’ve spilt a bit of brake fluid on it when I changed the brake Reservoir caps. It’s left a couple of faint stains that won’t come out so I was gonna look at maybe painting it or play around having a go at wrapping it.
Looks good! I never really got around to get myself a flyscreen when I had my superduke. I was more into proper screens but figured they were too ugly. These flyscreens may not be as good in terms of wind protection, but they are more sleek and maybe they offer good enough wind protection, or what do you think?
I agree. I’ve seen the taller screens available for the superduke but they do not look good at all. That one I took off offered no protection and I can’t really see this one offering much more but we’ll see when I go for a ride.
Preferred the Materya. Ugly visible bolt heads on the replacement one and it wont give any extra protection for the TFT, plus the bolt indents are just going to collect more bug carcasses! Look forward to wrap or paint job on the Materya. By the way my left hand side panel's arrived but not with any side clips, so it's just going to fall out again! How did you re-attach yours in the end if you don't mind me asking?
Yeah the exposed bolts did cross my mind but didn’t think they were too bad. The new panel doesn’t have any clips. The pegs on the back just push through the holes on the subframe. As extra precaution I used double sided sticky pads as well. The new one actually fits better as you can hear the pegs locate when pushed in.
Hi Rob, they both look good, I’m in the market for one of these, which one is the better one can you give me your verdict ? 👍🏼 finally swapped my gen2 and Santa is bringing me a nice shiny gen3 for Christmas 😁👍🏼
Hi. I’d say they are both as good. It’s more cosmetic than performance as neither really offer any wind protection. It just comes down to looks. I’d probably still have the Materya fitted if I hadn’t spilt brake fluid on it. But I’m more than happy with the Evotech. And enjoy Santa’s new gift. 🎅🏼
Thanks Rob, I’m edging more towards the Materya one I think. It looks like it’s a mat finish ( not paying £199 for the carbon) Do the fly guts clean off easily without leaving stains ? All the best 🎅 🎄 Cheers matey 👍
HI, I'm going to keep hold of it im afraid. I spilt a few drops of brake fluid on it which has left a small stain that won't come out so I'm gonna have a play around at painting it or maybe wrap it.
Good job Robbie.
I'll give your old one a try if you don't want it. Cheers.

@@Robbiemoto Thanks Robbie, good stuff.
Can we fix our screens into one spot as mine moves towards me after a good blast ?
Hi. Yes. There’s a couple of bolts under the clocks that bolt the screen to the handle bars. This lets you adjust it up and down as well.

Sieht gut aus und bringt es was beim schnelleren fahren ? Lg
Thank you. I’ve not properly tested it’s wind deflection at speed yet as the weather here hasn’t been dry since fitting it.
@@Robbiemoto oh ok and the other one That u had on your bike did it bring something?
What do you mean bring something ? If you mean wind protection then no It didn’t.
@@Robbiemoto yes i mean wind Protection
Okay thanks
Looks good Rob.. 👍
Cheers Pal
Do you think its possible to put that on a duke 390 v2?
Hi. I really don’t know. If it has similar fixing points then I don’t see why not. Best having a look on the Evotech website.
Wanna sell the old one mate ?

The other one looks better
I seem to bounce between the two when looking at them and I guess the one i took off looks a little more aerodynamic.
