I am impressed the bikers yielding to hikers. That's rare with todays riders especially the dh'ers. Your good guys keep it up.

I can't understand how there's that many hikers in an area pretty remote... never would have thought a place like that would see such use.

I'll keep my comments to myself regarding the hikers, but I do wonder what trail(s) you used to access the top of Bear Pen?

Our plan was to take Access Rd 74 up, but it was closed so we took Staire Creek, Walkers Creek, Perkins, Laurel Gap. First time there so we were winging it.

@@stevoaw Gotcha. So you weren't able to ride your bikes on FS74?

@@bradyessary5668 Not that day. The trail closure signs said there had been part of the road washed away in a storm making it unsafe.
