@@beastmasterbg The problem is that it's not their intention in any way to do what people want. Ever since Blizzard merged with Activision, their priorities shifted from making great, enjoyable games to generating as much profit as possible. Blizzard has taken a 180 degrees turn in their philosophies, nowadays every Blizzard game is all about money anymore. They've added microtransactions to all their games, they made WoW nearly as grindy as Diablo and filled with an utter chaos of RNG mechanics to keep players playing and not just raidlog anymore, they added unit skins, premium maps for real money, announcers etc for StarCraft 2... the list is endless. It's probably not even truly Blizzard's fault, it's likely just Activision and the shareholders who are behind this scheme. Nevertheless, I don't see it changing anytime soon. This is the path that Blizzard and many other big game studios are going now, and it will likely continue to be this way until big revolutionary changes happen or if gamers manage to set up a boycott against these money-grab games. However, that's rather unlikely, hence why I assume this situation is going to go on like this for a longer time.

It's great that these guys were so excited to bring the Diablo experience to mobile devices. Just these three guys though.
i'm "Super Excited" to skip on this microtransaction hell and play POE instead
You can literally buy any gear in POE if you choose, how is that different
I don't have to play POE on a POS phone. That's the deference.
Russell Becker Actually you cannot buy items in PoE, only skins. There is no purchasable power in PoE.
PoE is the most challenging and phenomenal PC game I've played in the last decade
You CAN'T buy gameplay items in PoE. You have skins/visual effects, unecessary character slots, and stashs.
And you can litteraly trade and get powerful unique items with in-game currency after a couple of days. You DON'T have to waste money to enjoy the game. It's not even focused on PvP so there isn't "pay2win" question.
How is PoE similar to a bloody monetized mobile game? (tho I can't criticize DI since I don't know how it's microtransactions work, but knowing Blizzard...)

Yeah it's about balance, it did seem it used to be, 'I have a passion, I want to make some money off it, let's create a good game and make money' they went hand in hand, now it seems soleless it doesn't matter if a game/product is good or not as long as it makes money, it needs to be just good enough to get people playing

"We're super excited about Diablo Immortal"
Yeah, the problem here is that the consumers should be excited too, unfortunately we hate the whole idea. Blizzard have reached EA levels, they are by far among the worst developers out there right now.
I hate that the problem is always ,always ,always
the communication between fans/players and the Dev Company
How hard is it to take a fucking hour and research the Forums Reddit/Facebook/RUclips/twitter and se what people actually want and then start doing it.
I mean its fucking dumb to the core
Blizzard is too busy sucking out too much on overwatch and listening to Jeff and his nerf.
