UPDATE: For full transparency, I had to return the machine after 3 months of use due to an internal leak. When using the steam wand, the water came out the wand spout but it was also leaking from the top section, down the wand and into the jug. The pressure was poor, took ages to steam any milk and it was watery. Currys (the UK store) did replace it. I'll keep you posted on anything else...
How was the replacement? I'm thinking of buying it... I would only use it for expresso but gf will use the milk steamer for sure. Actually, i am between this one and the Cecotec barista cream, both quite similar, so I am searching reviews, etc
Ours has done the same, 3 months past the 12mth warranty. (of course). Doesn't do it if you just make one cup of coffee, but 2 or more and it leaks alot. Now I cannot for the life of me remove the bean hopper for cleaning, appears stuck. and the grind that always worked (18), is now chopping the beans into very course grind. Can't find a video online for this barista max model to see how to remove. (i've done it in the past, but can't remember what I did!). (and we've only ever used filtered water with it).
@@yvonnevanleeuwen-AimCreative Oh dear! To remvoe the hopper, keep turning it anti clockwise and it should pop off. Then you can lift the metal burr part off and clean.

@@TechNuovo hahaha usually it's poured from the side of the jug so you get the foam on top too lol but compared to some pours I've seen in work it was actually pretty good 😂
Honestly no one gives a fuck.
Just bought this machine a few days ago it leaks water at the bottom, the temperature is not as hot as it should be after programmed to 96 degrees the one cup espresso i tried make was thin even a broken used Sage Barista Pro i returned made better coffee than this.
I am hesitant you buy it cuz there is not much information about it
is there something in particular you'd like to know? Unfortautnly our machine became fauly a couple of times and we've moved onto something else.
I spend more time cleaning after doing a coffee then drinking it! 😑😑😑
Wheres the mess from? For us, grounds can be messy, steam wand needs cleaning and then the base needs a wipe aswell.
@@TechNuovo it's the grind that flies all over - it has a radius of about 10cm, so I'm just cleaning around the machine constantly.
Sage and Breville is overrated crap and unfortunately new "baristas" fall for it. As entry level suggest Lelit Anita PL042TEMD with grinder, the Anna with Pid or Gaggia Classic Pro with a good grinder as Baratza Sette 270Wi Grind-on-Demand.
these are nearly 800 quid though? are they you have a link to cheaper ones
This “Braville” is not affiliated to Sage, nor Braville international.
This “Braville”, owned by another US company, who bought trademark “Braville” for UK region (perhaps includes Europe?) years ago.
This one comes with Breville logo where i comes with 🔴 , and e with horizontal stroke.
easy saying a stand alone grinder that costs more than the whole machine and a stand alone machine costing more than this are better. Togheter 200% of the price... yeah good argumentation there.
Can't really complain? Of course, you must complain if it packed up around 2 years.
It packed up twice within the first year warranty. After the second time, I got a refund and moved onto a different machine.
