Yup, 13:05 if you play in slow motion an old couple shows up for a split second outside. I think it was on the video thumbnail as well.

This home is special in surprising ways! Tile work....light fixtures....bathroom fixtures! Such quality rarely seen today! Some rooms casual....others very elegant. Wish the kitchen was intact!

Hello Brandon! Nice house. That stuffed bird on the fireplace was a mallard. They are beautiful ducks. Wow, this place is beautiful and very large. The property is huge as well. Brandon you asked the question why someone would hold on to that old twin bed? Well as an old guy I can think of a hundred reasons why. Mostly sentimental reasons. No disrespect intended but money isn't always a reason to get rid treasured things. Some of mine cost hundreds and some are worth only pennys to others....Still love your videos. Your my favorite explorer. Keep up the great work.

wow what an explore, this place is something else, like rate out of some fancy movie lol. a few things make me think an elderly person lived here , must have raised bird at one time with all the fenced in area not too many fence off the tops of their animal pens,
10:40 what a gorgeous scene you filmed of those curtains and chandelier. WOW! Very beautiful. 47:43 also that gorgeous metal gate or fencing. Someone had an eye for beauty. And with that walk in bathtub and higher seat toilet, it's clear that older people lived there and needed help.

There were several expensive Porcelain figurines left behind that I hope someone rescues. The tile in the bathrooms and kitchen should be saved! It breaks my heart when beautiful homes are destroyed. I would love to be moving in after a kitchen remodel♥

Brandon you get into the nitty gritty thanks for showing in the Lift, the bard house the back garage. Too much to say about it perhaps this mob liked Metal they had the metal everywhere on the gate, on the lift, in the Catholic Confessional basement entry way that area reminded me of a church then I saw the metal and I thought perhaps they are a metal fabricer. Anyway Old couple had the run of the house with accessible bathrooms up and down probably pass on by now looks to be some sympathy cards. The Dogs could be security guard dogs? but that wasn't a nice doggy kennel. cheers for the explorer was expecting a tractor or forklift but i guess those items are sellable. Sad this is one going down.

Call me crazy, but my favorite part of this explore was the very last building you explored. The house was beautiful of course, but that last building really peaked my interest in wondering what they had going on out there. To me it seemed like a business of some sorts, but then other areas seemed like it was used for storage. I really liked the picture with all the crosses on it, as well as the two paintings you found towards the end. Thanks again for another great explore.

Loved it! Actually, I thought the house was hideous, but the explore was great. It looks like the lovely old couple in the photo were the owners. The old man who had a biz there died about 20 years ago. The woman mainly lived on the main floor (the toilet had a riser over it). The decay started about ten years ago. No maintenance for that long in those outbuildings. The house, only a couple of years. The house was screaming late 80’s to 90’s with all that mauve. I was sick with pink until we finally saw the green bedroom. They had no accent colors. Just mauve. Maybe their furniture was the accent color. I hope someone is able to rescue some of those things. I’d love a new kitchen, and some of the cabinets were really nice. The bathroom fixtures were probably still in excellent condition. The doors were so pretty. Nice woodwork. Banisters. Light fixtures. Etc. Seems like that could all be salvaged. It’s sad that a family legacy went to decay.

Another beuatiful place, Brandon. It's a mallard at 12 minutes. These videos about mansions make me rethink about the potential a such a building. Taxes and heating would eat a small family out of house and home if their income/fortunes were to change. However what would prevent this is what kind of family could occupy such a house - think extended or multigenerational families. Or even 7 or 8 close friends that are middle aged and single. The demographics are different, the energy economics are as well. I think that is what is ultimately behind the demise of mansions. Sorry for being long winded just thinking in text.

Very dated but wouldn’t take much to update. I’m assuming a neighborhood is being developed….. it’s out in the middle of nowhere. Ever who built it spent some money back in its day.
What a beautiful place, so clean, love it, why tear it down. Oh after seeing that so called laundry room and all the medal and the big commercial sinks, and the cages in the shed, or whatever that was, yeah, I say they need to tear it down. I didn't get very good vibes from that.

I just recently watched this from another Explorer and the duck that's in the dining room or whatever on the mantle. The head is off of it now. Somebody went and ripped it right off which is sad and some of the explorers must have taken what was at the front door as well cuz there was none of that in the other guys video I think it was an elderly chef from what I understand that owned it. And yeah he had money of course. Just the drapes alone just in every room is so expensive. That place is beautiful though like it's sad cuz it's only like in the '90s that you can tell by the wood and stuff in the home definitely a Italian style in the home for sure yeah that was another thing. After they sold whatever business that they were doing as a Baker after, they started selling industrial stuff they were big time and making wines and collecting eggs and stuff definitely growing grapes in the greenhouse for wine to make their own or sell could very well be that the old man passed away or something was left to the family or the wife and couldn't keep it up and when the city offered to buy it out they said yes. But yes, it is a beautiful property The other Explorer did not check out that barn.
