Story Feels like it was a couple who ran this place and it was at one time organized and nice. She fell ill, he did his best to take care of her and the place but became overwhelmed and it all went downhill after she passed. He tried his best to hold on, but became ill himself. The kids/grandkids don’t want to deal with any of this and are selling the property as is for land value only.

Nobody noticed the calendar under the cash register dated April 2002.
Back in the day we had small motor courts here at Myrtle Beach. They're still a few around but most have been demolished.
"No ladies of the night?" Most women I know who are in that trade aren't exactly ladies. "There are no good girls gone bad; just good girls found out."
Someone could make some major cash if they got permission to clean out the place and have a yard sale.

What an interesting place for a new couple to move to if they got it cleaned up, if the property were to come with the campers then you could let your kids move into a camper as a quasi way to give them a bit of independence with the campers being a half way point of moving out into an apartment. The Kids could have their own little fridge, TV, and the means to cook basic meals. Maybe stick a shed out by the campers to put a full sized fridge & space for more food.
If I wanted to have a family it would have tiny houses in the backyard for once they become teens because I would want to treat my kids as independent individuals and not accessories for Kodak moments.
