Ingredients 5 boiled eggs 1 inch ginger 14 pods garlic Jeera 1 big onion 2 tomato Red chilli powder Coriander powder Haldi Kothmir for paste Shallow fry boiled eggs in pan with crushed ginger. Add red chilli, kothmir & fry till golden brown on both sides. Grind handful of kothmir, 15 garlic, 1 inch ginger & 4 green chillies. In a tava add oil, jeera, 1 big onion and fry till golden brown on high flame. Add grounded green paste and fry till masala gets dry. Add 2 medium sized tamato paste and fry on low flame. Add 1/2 tsp haldi 2tbsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander powder & fry on low flame. Add water little by little total cup 1.5 cups and keep mixing. Add garam masala and fry well on low to medium. Add boiled fried eggs and cook both sides in the masala. Add chopped coriander for garnishing.
