Hi Brar ji. I am a senior citizen and normally avoid viewing reality shows in TV. Just by viewing 2/3 episodes of MasterChef along with my family members, I have become your fan. I am very much impressed by your personality and your way of deliberation with the contestants. I reside at Kolkata and would love to visit any of your restaurant, if any at Kolkata and meet you personally. I don't know whether I shall get this opportunity or not. I just have expressed my sincere wish. May God bless you.
Thank you, Ranveer! It's indeed true that Chicken 65 or any "65" variant is a dry dish. Whenever I've visited restaurants in North India, I've noticed that they often serve it with gravy. Thanks for shedding light on the story of Chicken 65 originating from Chennai/Madras, particularly at Buhari Hotel. Many people who visit Chennai may not be aware of the historical significance of Buhari Hotels.
I watch your video not only for recipes but also for the stories behind the recipe. That story part is really amazing. You are so flexible with your ingredients and process : ye nahi hai to ye le lo, Aisa nahi to waisa kar lo.....Great❤

Hello Ranveer, I have nothing but immense respect for the amount of contribution you have done to cooking and making it accessible for everyone. While I like eating chicken I have always stayed away from cooking any kind of chicken dishes as I dont understand how do I approach it like what pieces to buy etc. It would be really helpful if you create a video on chicken basics explaining the various chicken pieces you can work with and various types of recipes that can be created. how to ensure it does not get over or under cooked in various mediums like on gas or in oven or charcoal or microwave etc. more like chicken simplified for the common man. An Indian perspective to chicken basics .Thank you and God Bless.
Tried this dish in Madras many years ago.Never did any of its clones come remotely close to the original.Your recipie brought back the tastiest memories.Thank You.
Super and easy as always. Chef...Now I'm waiting for the Fish ka funda (like Ande ka funda). I'm very excited to know the different typer of fishes and its properties (Nutrition value etc.) Hope you will make it soon.🙏🏻🙏🏻
Wow what a new recipe egg 65: so tasty so delicious I am the biggest fan of ranveer sir and baa cooking always taught cooking lessons and brings lots of smile together chef you are great
My god Ranveer.. you never fail to impress your viewers. From the history to monopoly, you make it so easy for all of us.. Simply outstanding you are 🙌🏻

You have shared a simple yet tasty snack jalwa recipe with us.The story behind the name of 65 was amazing.I have to make this majadar recipe because I have all the ingradients at home.thanks😍🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Wow!! Looking so tempting !! Dear chef Thank you so much for sharing another mouthwatering snack. 👌 Love your cooking style as well as the history behind the dish. 👍 Lots of love from Kolkata. 💝💝💝💝
The soldiers coming out of garrison on an "out pass"and visiting the nearby civilian market place to eat or buy the groceries used to frequent this restaurant. It was a dry chicken snax which was listed at serial no 65 in the menu of the hotel which obviously the British soldiers couldn't pronounce and used to order by the number of the dish in the menu. Hence ,the Chicken 65. I may be wrong here but this is what my fauji history tells me. A very well prepared dish surely worth trying. Bravo Ranveer,👏👏👍
Sach me ranveer ji twadi ye recipe is so tempting. Aaj Maine ye dish banayi. Everyone liked it so much. Please continue to upload more videos. I have even visited your restaurant Morisco in Goa. Like your videos.
Wow delicious!!! Actually receipe has no soul! ! ! You, as the cook, must bring soul to the receipe!!!Really ranveer you are a fantastic cook!!! If you don't mind woh kaunsa song apne gungunaya tha...I want to know!!!
Ranveer, just a correction. Non-vegetarian culture was not started by the british in Chennai. Tamil Nadu, Andhra, and Kerala have always had a rich Hindu non vegetarian culture much before Britishers came.
@@alok96x I am talking about non-veg. Ranveer said in the video that British brought non-veg culture to Chennai, which is not correct. Not sure about fowl.

Anti-national, Bharat was always a vegetarian country. Stupids came and brought non veg jeet hatya
