      @@gardensofthegods I smoke pot and was taking cbd but was doing those things long before starting chaga . I can only drink chaga tea cold or at room temperature. The pot is for pain management and fun and cbd is for sleep aid . I had the yeast infection for àbout 10 years and within a month or two after starting chaga it just disappeared. I tried prescription creams and yogurt and that did not work . Oh and when I stopped drinking chaga for a month my yeast infection started to return . There are different types of yeast infections so it may not work for those .

    I like this version better. I forage and consume chaga almost every day. I drink it cold with cranberry juice as an energy drink. Some people say it's not really a food. I would disagree. As an energy drink it seems to suppress hunger and give one energy. I hike a ll day sometimes in hot weather carrying up to a sixty pound pack of chaga or other mushrooms. I'm not a young man either.

    • @timothylongmore7325
      @timothylongmore7325 4 года назад

      @@gardensofthegods For my tea , I use a double boiler type system. Chunky chaga in a mason jar in a pan of water. First run about ten minutes low boil , ( in pan) Then cap the jar till cool. So it's still steeping till cool. Each additional run a bit longer. That's for my tea jar. I also have a tincture jar. The HWE is a long crockpot simmer mixed with an alcohol extract. That is " rinsed" with cold water. So it's 33/33/33 tincture w/ about 15% alcohol content. I use this about 1 time every other week. A shot to a glass of juice. Hope this helps. I don't know if this channel did have a vid about star anise yet ... could possibly help with flu or things like that.. there is a tea called pink tea... it is Kashmiri Tea and it has the STAR ANISE in it.... you let it boil for about 30 seconds and steep at least 10 minutes , maybe 15 ...you can add some milk and sugar.... delicious and for some reason it makes you feel really good... turns out that's the power of the star anise and it is the same ingredient that they put in Tamiflu....
