There are 80,000 people in the benzo groups. Nobody as had success that way. Jordan peterson tried it he also tried ket . If it was that simple Mathew Perry and a whole host of others who fell victim to benzodiazepines would of discovered this method. Didn't work for Eminem maybe read up on their stories. Benzodiazepines withdrawal requires a long slow taper. There are a few who used a certain mushroom to help. But never Maggie that's aimed towards antidepressants.

I'm a forager of chaga and reishi. I've used chaga for a few years but was hesitant with reishi. I don't know why but figured I should give it a try if I was going to sell it to others. I'd heard it helped with sleep and promoted a deeper more restfull sleep. Long story short, it does. I'm normally a light sleeper and generally don't sleep more than 6-7 hours. With a little reishi hours before bed time I'll sleep 9-10 hours and feel as though I could sleep more! I haven't tried yet but kind of have to make myself get up. I've also used it topically on my scalp for baldness and have fine hair comeing in. About three months now. The scalp mixture is reishi with two other ingrediants. I'd heard topical use wouldn't work for hair restoration but I was only using the dual extract for my sleep experiment 4-5 times a week when I noticed the fine hair coming in. I increased the frequency of both ( topically and ingesting) and have began taking it in the morning as well. 4-5 Droppers twice a day of wild reishi dual extract and the hair tonic every morning after water only scalp wash.

As an update. Last night I skip the bedtime reishi and went back to my old sleep pattern. Which is restless and about 7 hours. Hair has not come in much thicker but still giving it a go. No side effects other than I hardly use sinus medicine at all. I used to have sinus congestion and headaches 3-4 times a month. My almost daily cocktail is several shots of a mixture of 50% chaga dual ex , 25% reishi, and 25% lionsmane in a glass of cranberry juice.

Thank you, I almost commented this. It made me extremely depressed, crying every night, just tons of fear, and phases of dissociation. This could be related to it interacting with something else I take, but I doubt it. Next day after stopping it all started going away. Still feel a lingering numb, pessimistic feeling. There is always the main three factors bio, psychological, and social.

Based on my experience, the Lion's mane is fantastic for gut health and blood sugar levels. It has also positive effects on cognitive abilities, including memory, but they do not last for long after you stop taking it. Regards Reishi. They are very helpful for the lung function. As an experienced smoker, I can attest to it. I didn't notice any effect on my stress levels or sleep. Neither did it have any effect on my immune function. At least, I didn't feel it.

Most cordyceps on the market are grown on a substrate , not insects. Personally I have no problem with and would prefer to use a wild cordy grown on an insect , but maybe that's just me. It will probably be found to be more effective if wild.

I don’t think there is one mushroom that can help an autoimmune disease in itself. But given that most reasons for all autoimmune diseases has origin in the gut being destroyed, and that molecules that are not supposed to be in the blood - gets in there - this whole reaction starts. So you need to heal the gut no matter which autoimmune disease you have. I don’t think you can take a mushroom directly for the thyroid. But lions mane is ONE that I know heals the gut. Alongside with taking high dose of l-glutamine powder. An amazing amino acid to help the gut lining heal itself.
I have autoimmune disease too so I am not just some random person replying to you without thought. But of course do your own research on those two I suggested. Best of luck.
