These are great a series...I share these with my students...you should put a link to these on your WILTON site...and when you take that shot with all the cupcakes...and you pan straight across them...go slower...as we really like to see the "look" of the cupcakes..

Love the designs, but as a Wilton Method Instructor, I would first correct the way she is holding the bag...you should NOT have any icing in the part of the bag above where you are squeezing......
Thank you Brandy Harris!! I viewed this cupcake decorating also and I thought it was really cool to use tip #47 in so many ways but was really disappointed in the instructor's way of holding her bag!! We teach our students to twist the bag tight and hold it between the thumb and first finger while the four fingers are to squeeze the bag! The icing was bulging towards the top of the bag which is a definite no no! Then she was squeezing the bag half way down! Wow!! Our students would not pass their courses if they continued to do this! Please, whom ever the instructor is, teach Wilton products as Wilton has us to teach our students. Other than that, I really enjoyed the video.
Leona Winegarderner hello!well if you look at the piping bag in the video a bit closer ,u will get to know that she has tied the bag with piping bag ties.those ties prevent the frosting from oozing out.this is the reason why she is holding the bags from the middle.:) i hope u understand
