    I am a constitutional attorney licensed in GA and this case is SO STUPID! I am so embarrassed that this case was ever brought. Everyone involved with this prosecution needs to be DISBARRED and maybe go to jail or worse (treason).

    Steve Sadow makes perfect sense too me , and this motion in particular will really test the backbone of the judge, as this is clearly violations of first amendment protections and if he rules no, then this quickly goes to the supreme court.

    If you value people’s constitutional rights, and understand the argument over the 1st amendment constitutional rights (freedom of speech) as he is arguing here, then you’ll be watching this very closely and critically! If his 1st amendment constitutional rights are not fairly and honestly protected here, it can and rightly should be argued at the Supreme Court level! The Supreme Court would, constitutionally, have to maintain the 1st amendment constitutional rights as they are protected and guaranteed by the constitution and related laws.

She started out by saying there was nothing going on between the then it was yes but they didn't have a romantic relationship until April 2022. Their affair actually began in 2019. Then she said she didn't break any laws and she paid Wade back in cash. I could go on and on but I don't want to deprive you of learning something for yourself. But yes, she was caught in a lot of lies under oath and even lied in the church. She has no conscience, morals, or shame because she is evil!

    If this doesn’t get dropped a lot of politicians are going to be hit with the same charge. From a non biased view this shouldn’t have reached this point. This is a very dangerous path and I think some people don’t realize the implications of what happens to their individual rights if this gets a guilty verdict.

      You're wrong. It's not "he didn't have to be there". His attorney, Sadow had to tell the Judge that trump waved being present as did all the otber attorneys whose clients weren't there. This is basic "housekeeping issues" at this point. It's not the trial. Try READING rule 43 in the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

    If the government can prosecute all who speak against it and levy taxes upon those people to fund those prosecutions then the people speaking against the government will have no choice but to remain silent in the face of tyranny or take up arms.
