This one has the dubious honor of being the highest ranked televote song in any semi that didn't make it through.
This was 4th for the semi in the televote, but the juries absolutely obliterated it. This honestly deserved to make it through, IMO
Damn juries, I really think it should have made it too, it was such quality.
hence why I am so happy that they finally split the vote and gave credit to both sides starting in 2016.. Let's hope they never revert that...
This is my most played song of Eurovision 2013. By far. Hell, it's probably one of my most played Eurovision songs of all time.
You know what? I'm gonna go full controversial and say this should have won the entire thing. Did I vote for it? No. Have I seen the error of my ways since then? Most definitely. Take my votes, Montenegro, you wonderful weirdos.

I still remember lyrics to this song. That is the party I want to visit. "Igranka" means "The Dance" in Montenegrin, but it's a party song for sure.

This should’ve qualified. 2013 is a dark year for all former Yugoslavic countries as non of them made it to the finals (first and last time). But Montenegro was the only country from the fyr that should’ve qualified

I am SO HAPPY it didnt qualify.. They changed the name, but it was STILL a Salvation Army band.. and considering the VERY LONG homophobic attitudes and practices of that denomination.....

This is my second favorite eurovision entry ever. Honestly the reason why I hung out in the balkans a lot later. Its 2021 and I am still salty about this y'all. This would sound current right now. And the juries just were to conservative that year.

Unfortunately, the only good advice for any country - don't do rap in Eurovision at all because of only one reason - juries. They hate ANY rap in ANY language, if you add to your song even 10 seconds of rap you will be in the bottom by the juries guaranteed. Just look at the jury results of Greece 2011, this, Bosnia and Herzegovina 2016, Romania 2017, Hungary 2017 - all these songs has rapping parts and did really well in televoting. But juries...
Which is too bad because there are so many cool international rap traditions that have cropped up over the past couple of decades. Hopefully that will change in the future 🤞🏽
Ugh, this should have qualified!! 😒 Ok, the rap parts are a bit meh, but the music and stage effects are fire and the girl (Nina Žižić) slayed the performance! 😆
And I just remembered now how the whole Balkan flopped hard in 2013 😭 😭
yep for first time since meganumbers of participants, NO EX-Yugo qualified.. I was shocked beyond words. I really wanted Serbia, Croatia, AND this to qualify...
@@ZakhadWOW same.. it doesn't happen often that I like all entries from Ex-Yu from one year, but in 2013 I wouldn't mind any of them qualifying, since I like them all.
I don't get it why Montenegro always gets the low rating.
