As I remember the Televote had this 4th, Jury out of top 10 The voting/ points distribution in 2013 was very odd so it's hard to know if this meant it would have qualified or not.. same with Ireland coming last in the final despite not being really close to last with either Televote or Jury
A song was ahead of it's time, cause I think a song like this would do fairly well at Eurovision nowadays.
