Sorry for the late reply! Try some larger land areas where foraging is allowed such as state land. Wear bright orange for hunting season and be safe!! Thank you for your support!
@@julez8294 try Lapeer State Game area near a water source or gravel soils. It would be easier to go look around in the winter as the red hips stick out in the white snow. You could also catch the rose plants in bloom and remember the spot!

Im in oakland county any suggestions on where to go for dogwood or rosa hips? I can find multiflora but hoping to find bigger ones?
