It is always entertaining to see you 2 working together, and I love the jokes.
Thank you for that. Nice compliment.
I watched you folks on the big screen TV and really enjoyed it. I also watched it on the computer so I could make a comment. You both did great and got some work accomplished too. Enjoyed the fun you share with us also. Stay safe and keep up the great videos. It's looking good around there. Fred.
I guess maybe we really look like hillbillies up close huh, lol
Another hilarious video and i am not sure who is ahead on the jokes. You did win it with your swine joke Richard. You are a great daughter Jennifer and it is awesome to see you all working together so well. God bless you all 🥰😇🥰😇
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you, Phil! -Jennifer
@@SmokyMountainOutpost always a special treat to my day Jennifer 😀😀😇😇
They are ready at GO.
They are!
Love the way you tie the rafters together at the peak Richard. Not only does it make sense, it saves time and increases roof strength. Well done.
Yes!! Thank you for noticing and commenting! We appreciate you. -Jennifer
Buongiorno e buon lavoro Siniori
Thank you!
You guys are funny🤣🤣
Thanks!
18:00 For pulling in muddy terrain a car hood reshaped to more of a bowl with one side open is beneficial. Put a sturdy loop in the pulling end (the bent up end to skid over obstacles, not collecting gravel that dull the saw-blade). My favourite is to attach a chain with a big loop in one end. Pull the chain throuh the loop on the "hood" and let the tree slide on that.
Good idea. Thanks for following! -Jennifer
@@SmokyMountainOutpost Check out "lunningspulka" (swedish)
Nice work today. Thanks.
Thanks!
They sure love their creek time. It's our 4-legged boy's birthday today. 5 years old. Happy Birthday Cache!
Yeah, that is something that they have to do every day and in the summertime. It’s like five or six times a day. So I get out enough exercise, walking up and down the mountain each time.
Difficult for me as a 🇫🇷 guy to understand all your jokes, but not doubt about your timber frame skills 👋👍
Thank you!
Way to go Richard, you got her again. As always I enjoyed watching.
Hey now! Give me some credit, Richard! Just kidding. Thanks for following! -Jennifer
You should use a snow shovel for the sawdust
Good idea. -Jennifer
Good joks
Thanks!
Great job on the build and jokes.
Thanks!
averting you doing it’s all well perfect good night
Thank you!
Richard einfach tolles Arbeit die du da leistest und in welcher Ruhe alles gemacht wird .Pass auf dich auf und bleibt gesund 👏🏻👋🙋♂️🇩🇪🤗👍😅
Hello. Hope you enjoyed and have a great week
Love how you are using The laughing joint for your range of your rafters and pinning them with wooden dowells. Great job on your build we always look 49 c in the next video. Since we came along your channel a couple weeks ago
Thank you for that nice compliment. I think we have about 600 videos out there from when we started on the Homestead that you can always go back and watch. I find that the rafters are much stronger built in that manner. You all have a great week and look forward to seeing you in the next video video.
Long lump hammer is good for pegs. Probably call us long hammer
What you are to do is when you promote the sawmill you build in your wood wooden box that your gravel can pick up the salt of the sawdust goes into the gravel. Cause you put a little hose on your deal and it goes into that wooden deal and you you pick it up with. Your grapple, you take it out to where you want to drop it, dump it. Bring it back and then start all over again. And fill it up again
Thanks for the idea
My 6 year old grandson calls me every Wednesday night as they are coming home from church to tell me a joke and for me to tell him one. The pumpkin joke will definitely will be told.😂
Aww! Yay! That makes me happy. Tell him we said hello! -Jennifer
Hi Guys - Teddy here. Michele had a great time in your state - she got home late last night. She found the people there were wonderful, helpful and kind. The pictures she took were stunning. Everything was blossoming and she had a blast. She loved the area around Pigeon Forge and the smokey mountain state park. I hope in the future We could meet as you are my kind of people. oh by the way Norwood industries the band saw - was made just minutes from my house in Norwood Ontario Canada. My brother bought one and loves it. Big hugs to Jennifer and we will catch you on the next one.
Hey Ted! I am not sure how the email thing didn’t work. My apologies for not being able to figure that out. We would love the chance to meet you all! Please let us know when you are back in the area. Much love! -Jennifer
@@SmokyMountainOutpost Ill keep trying the email and hope I can get through. Thanks for your response.
I liked the jazz too. Interesting. Oh they have a beam straightener jigg too. When it is needed. I saw this online. Paul in Ohio
Thanks for following, Paul. We appreciate you. -Jennifer
Your are sure got a handle on your workshop project wondering what the next project will be
Probably tending to the inside, if I am a betting girl. But, I’ve been wrong before! LOL. Thanks for following, Sam. -Jennifer
Alparecer es tiempo de reforestar otros diez mil nuevos árboles ❤
Honestly, if you cut a large tree here in the Smokies, ten will grow in its place. Sunlight hits the ground instead of the canopy and a miracle takes place. Farming the trees
What's the reason for moving the saw mill ?Your videos are really enjoyable to watch. Love your labradors .I had a white/yellow one 20 years ago and I loved that dog so mutch😊
We don’t like that building because it doesn’t really match anything that we have built up here and I think that a gazebo and a nice fire pit for evenings would be much more warranted than leaving the sawmill there
Silver tip turbo 7 blade
I only got two of them to try and the rest like I normally use. Even they cut better. Trying to find the best fit for my sawmill
Somebody seriously needs some Tweetment!!!🤣🤣
LOL. They do!
need to make a shirt that say do you want to go to the creek? have a picture of the labs on it
That’s a good idea
👍
Thanks!
I just asked you why you are moving the saw mill.I just realized that it was a stupid question 😂
lol, no it wasn’t. We know that a lot of people skip around on the videos and don’t watch them all and then will ask a question that may have been covered in the video. So yes if you have a question be sure and ask it but also look for a clue in the video that might answer the question as well before hand.
Lmao love you guys
Thanks! We love you!
Checking in with SM outpost don't be Dumb hit the Thumb.
Thanks, Sergio!
Just like taking the kids to the water park.
If that isn’t the truth! Thanks for following! -Jennifer
Do you find that those lapping joints are better than just butting the ends together?
Absolutely. The rafter becomes one piece with the other at the splice, can’t move laterally or vertically. When hurricane straps are added to outside beams it kind of is strapped down like a unit. Should help with high winds
Well Richard I have a question for you, do you think that you would ever get married again? Just wondering because you are a good looking man of God and a very nice person as well. This is for all those who are far, afraid to ask. 😂
Thank you for asking. I am sure that has been the burning question in many women’s minds. ♥️ At this point, who knows! Maybe if the right one comes along. 🙂 Thanks for following! -Jennifer
🇳🇴👍👍👌
Thanks!
HI instead of picking up all this sawdust, why don't you put a boiler at the end of your mouth where the sawdust comes out, I saw this thing on youtube the person had put a 5 gallon boiler,
I tried to explain that in the video. The mill doesn’t set up high enough. Trust me it’s quicker doing it the way I do.
👍🏴
Thanks!
24:30 No, you didnt.....LOL
I have a question...DO YOU WANT TO BUILD SOMETHING..?
Lol...
And they said, “No, we will lay here. Unless it includes the creek, we aren’t playing.” 🤣🤣 Thanks for following! -Jennifer
Hi friends, I noticed that you like to make jokes and laugh about them a lot. Now I would like to tell you a joke: The following scene took place in a banana republic: Passengers boarded a "Coconut Airline" plane. After a short flight, the captain reported over the on-board loudspeaker in a croaking voice: Dear passengers, the left engine is on fire, but we have the problem under control! After a short while the captain reports again: Dear passengers, the right engine is also burning, but no problem, we have everything under control! (now the plane falls towards the sea) The captain reports again: Dear passengers, we ask the non-swimmers to sit on the left side and the swimmers to sit on the right side.
Good luck and thank you for your flight with Coconut Airlines! I hope you find this joke as funny as I do, and greetings,
Franz from Austria.
Love it! Thank you for sharing! We appreciate you. -Jennifer
@@SmokyMountainOutpost Hi Jennifer, I'm glad you liked it By,Franz.
Years ago the Japanese were looking for a name of their new car line. They called the Germans and said help us name new cars. Then they said how soon do you need it and they said right away. The Germans responded Dat Soon? Then when they were tired of that name they called the Jewish people and asked if they could help rename that car line. The Israelites said well since it is the first month of the Jewish Calendar we could have before the end of the month. The Japanese said what is the name of the month and they said Nisan.
LOL! I love it!
You need to put them dogs on a diet, they are getting too chunky.
