- We have been working on Felling, Logging and Milling Roofing material for the Workshop. The last and largest stage of the build will take a lot of board feet to cover the roof, siding and flooring. Follow along our journey here on the main channel and find out behind the scenes information on our second channel listed below.

You two make quite the pair. So good to see you working and enjoying your time together. The milling is coming along nicely, especially with those larger trees. A 1 x 13 is a great cut!
The last logs pulled out will be hard to mill.
Nice work today, thank you both.
Our pleasure!
Man that grapple is really working great
Like a champ!
Good job on the mill.
Thanks!
You two are looking good and getting something done around there. Sure looks good around there and the Building is coming together and looks great. It's good to see the Sawmill building almost under roof. I know you ALL will be glad when this one is done and the sawmill is moved in place. Stay safe and keep up the good work and the fun you all have . Fred.
Thanks, Fred!
Those are some massive logs.
They sure are!
The grapple worked great! I like the way it readjusted its grip while pulling the logs!
Thanks!
That last log was a “Big un” The shop is looking mighty good, almost there.
Thank you. 27 in. Diameter
With all the tree fall and milling you do, I can see no better investment than a good heavy duty woodchipper.
He actually has one. Never really been used though. Thanks for following! -Jennifer
Nice lumber and from you’re own land 👍
Yessir!
Nice grapple on the tractor as well. Right now I have to get all my bucked logs to my mill with a log arch I built and the 4 wheeler. Works pretty good. Good job mister.
Thanks, Mike! We appreciate your support. -Jennifer
Boy that grapple looks like it works great, I think I might have to have one. Thanks for sharing Richard. As always I enjoyed watching.
Thanks, Richard! It sure came in handy! -Jennifer
Nice work...
Thanks!
The good thing is that to continue building up yje homestead you have the material you need (trees) because the lumber is very expensive.
You got that right. We’ve been able to do a whole lot with just having property with standing timber.
good video and job glad Jenifer helped nice logs and lumber. a good sharp blade makes life easier. both of you take care, be safe and well.
Thanks, you too!
Hi hello nice one good rest of this week all the best.

0:01 Why not put a log behind the parking space, in case the truck begin to roll toward the slope?
👍
Thanks!
I always thought that nails were stronger than screws in those simpson strong ties
Not really sure. I’ve had nails back out overtime. I’ve also had screws break off, but never pull out. So I started using the industrial strength.
may be an other kind of music might be good too
Hope you can find the ticks before they get buried in you or your animals...guinea fowl love to get ticks...
Be safe
Can’t stand ticks. Such pests! Thanks for following! -Jennifer
Why are you not just going ahead and stickering those boards now?
🇳🇴👍👍👌🥇
Hat Richard kein Gehörschutz auf beim arbeiten mit der Motorsäge?
Sure do. They got a little bitty tip on them to pull them out so they appear like you have nothing in.
Great job removing trees behind workshop
Thank you. Removing trees that size is always a job.
After two girls inherit the family ranch they decide to build up the herd and they needed a bull. The brunette tells the blonde she is going to the stockyard to by a bull and hopes to get it for 600. Upon purchase the blonde was suppose to come with the trailer and pick it up. The auctioneer says he can not sell it but for 599. So the brunette goes to the telegraph office to send her sister a message. The price was 99 cents a word. So the brunette says send the word comfortable. The clerk says how is that going to work and she says Come-for-da-bull.
Lol
