Love the way you guys interact. As to these "appliques" well why the hell not. Great to live in an age where we have choices, if we don't like it we can fix it, permanently or temporarily. We wear shapewear, makeup and an assortment of other things to enhance what we have. And we also "gasp", go the the gym. In the end, it's all about what makes us happy. Smooches.

IJJ Hi there! Very good question! When I cleaned my face thoroughly with alcohol and really buffed the skin they did stay in place but the one on my neck started slipping when I got sweaty. So we did test for other manufacturers. They are on our newest videos. There is one called age reverser that you might want to check out because it does not involve tape or glue. Then there is one called our favorite and that sticks so well. I had no problem with those. Check them out and we’re doing a giveaway on all four of them so leave a comment and you might win them!!😀

Just remember to moisturise like crazy after... These can stretch skin... Hit the collagen boost serums too... After though.. You must have clean, oil free, dry skin when applying. Also .. I was a very lucky child growing up with my parents having such diverse lives and exposing me to so much of the world. We call it esoteric knowledge, and my family is rather versed in it... But thanks must go to my mom the most.. A creative theater person, who specialised in makeup and costuming.. And was a brief beauty queen, who taught music lessons on the piano, and a record breaking amount if handbells, who went on to be an English teacher, work with troubled youth, inviting exchange students into her home from all over the world, running a food pantry and clothes closet for those of us in need, and for most of her life also working as a nurse, then going back to seminary to become a Christian educator... Then there was dad, he has a similar type of story.. Which just showed me that I didn't have to choose one thing to be when I grew up...that I could be me, and do my best, but at many things... And I think the very best thing they taught me was learn something new everyday... So I am diverse, with enough esoteric knowledge to probably win a game show... There are several reasons I can think of not to tape your face, besides pulling your skin. What if you're at an event and the tape pops off? Or you're with your husband or lover and it pops off? I understand wanting to fight the aging process...but natural is always best. Massage and exercise works really well and it's free.

If you look at our part two we do address how to keep them on without popping off and if you do that say about rip your skin off if you don’t use oil. One of our friends that uses them posted a comment about how she did not scrub enough or use enough alcohol in one side came off well at the grocery store end it was a pretty funny story. Anyway for special occasions they are fabulous. We definitely wouldn’t wear them every day just because of the possibility of a stretching our skin but we did address all of that on part two. You just twist a tiny piece of your hair by the temples and clip it in and it’s by a company called age reverser. I like that one a lot better in hindsight. We shot this two years ago

BlueCat Blu do they use the same tapes? I was watching some Cosplay videos last night and they were using Band-Aids with rubber strings and spirit gum. It was pretty creative. It only works if you use a wig LOL but I thought that was creative. I was doing this because I’ve ordered all the other companies that do these bands. We did address that in part two. We had so many questions on the first video that you just watched who we made a second one. I priced out Some of the other facelift gadget bands that are on the market and these seem to be the least expensive and the easiest to use. She has Fillers in her lips but I will have to ask her what she uses. I think most of the lip fillers are very very similar. There’s the hyaluronic-based fillers and then there’s the collagen I think she’s had both? I hope this helps and if you want the specifics I can ask her when I see her next week

Since we get the picture, I like that they speeded up parts of this video. Others drag it out. I would like to see this tried on women who are in their 60's -- that's when things REALLY get rough. By the way, what if one is passionately kissing and good gracious, the thing flies off? BTW, one a day per year would be $365. A surgical facelift is about $3000-plus for a partial and over $25,000 for a full. I'd take the facelift if I had the money, but this will have to do since I don't.

Ummm this can cause more wrinkles loves. Pulling the skin in a different direction can cause stress on your skin as well as form new wrinkles you didn’t have before. Neck exercises ladies!!!! My grandmother did them every day. She passed away looking barely 60 and she was 96 years young as she would say. Never had surgery or injections. Only exercising her whole face and neck. You won’t be giggling when those areas are starting to look even worse. My aunt never does them and she actually does this trick. When she doesn’t have her neck and face pulled it’s like rivers of wrinkles. This is a very old trick. Just avoid! You two are beautiful just the way you are!!!!
What did your grandmother do? what is the exercise? We were going to do a video on neck and face exercises. We shot a part 2 on these facelift bands and addressed the fact that you would not want to wear them all the time but, on a special occasion where you want to look extra fabulous. oh yes... Oh my God ruby you are hysterical! I love when women are confident about how they look. For thinning hair yes I do have a formula of some oil’s and things you mix together but you have to read them on your scalp every night before you wash it and you need to rub it in for about 30 minutes. I would be more than happy to share the recipe but I don’t know how to get it to you on RUclips.? I will give you my email address here and then just email me and I will send you a picture .. Also doing the micro needling on the scalp really really does help with thinning hair. It’s crazy. They always need all the scalp before they do a hair transplant because it stimulates the hair follicles. You might want to consider that just a .25 large needle head. Not the roller! Lisa Phillips That is a very good question. We actually did an updated version of this RUclips. I will attach a link it another comment but in order to get them off you have to use either baby oil or mineral oil and then you can’t use them again but even at that if you rip them off the sticky is gone so the very short answer is unfortunately you can’t reuse them but they literally cost about $1.25 each so if you use two of them to go out for a fabulous evening You’re only out $2.50. And we did a before and after in the second video so you can actually see the before and after.

We actually started worrying about the skin stretching thing so our conclusion was occasionally when you want to look extra super fabulous and you’re going out for the night. I have two careers that I juggle a house that is under reconstruction, children friends and 1 million other projects including this RUclips channel which consumes about 30 hours for every video. Hey y'all I am in menopause so my tape would be falling off during a romantic dinner :-(. Did the tape really feel like it's there,!!?? Oh and I noticed you were being sure to put the tape exactly in a correct spot, behind the ear,, well my damn skin don't move when I pull my skin from there!! Argg You should totally experiment on tape placement see if it makes a big difference, instead of that hard bone behind ear,,put it a little lower right under that boney part behind ear ... anyway u look like you are having fun, I miss having a girlfriend, because we were always into something lol

There is a clip on face tape. We just did four videos about a month ago where we tested all these tapes we could find just to see which ones we like the best. Vickie Reynolds hi Vickie! Actually there is something!!! I bought them at a skin care show in Las Vegas. They are these skinny pieces of clear tape that you stick right in the crease of the eye and depending on how you tape them on your eye is what shape your eye becomes. They actually work really great the only problem is it’s very difficult to wear eyeshadow and make up over them. I have not mastered that yet. I can’t even remember what they’re called but they’re very interesting. If you’re not going to wear makeup they would actually probably work really well. Love the way you guys interact. As to these "appliques" well why the hell not. Great to live in an age where we have choices, if we don't like it we can fix it, permanently or temporarily. We wear shapewear, makeup and an assortment of other things to enhance what we have. And we also "gasp", go the the gym. In the end, it's all about what makes us happy. Smooches.

Re: the tapes... We kept hearing about these tapes from the drag queen circuit so we just had to try them. For a quick party fix they really are awesome. I bought all the different brands and we are going to do a vid on all 6 of them to compare in the next few months.

IJJ Hi there! Very good question! When I cleaned my face thoroughly with alcohol and really buffed the skin they did stay in place but the one on my neck started slipping when I got sweaty. So we did test for other manufacturers. They are on our newest videos. There is one called age reverser that you might want to check out because it does not involve tape or glue. Then there is one called our favorite and that sticks so well. I had no problem with those. Check them out and we’re doing a giveaway on all four of them so leave a comment and you might win them!!😀

@@CocoandtheMuse theatrical spirit gum is used by some..but many prefer regular old theatrical fluid latex.. If you cannot find the latex anywhere else... Places that sell , er, exotic dancer stuff should have it as it can be used to hold on their pasties.. Of course some girls use the purple glue sticks for those too.. Definitely check out the older, I mean, more mature and classic type drag Queens and you will see tricks and tips for facelift tape! And how to Make Your Own!!! Good luck.. Just remember to moisturise like crazy after... These can stretch skin... Hit the collagen boost serums too... After though.. You must have clean, oil free, dry skin when applying. Also .. I was a very lucky child growing up with my parents having such diverse lives and exposing me to so much of the world. We call it esoteric knowledge, and my family is rather versed in it... But thanks must go to my mom the most.. A creative theater person, who specialised in makeup and costuming.. And was a brief beauty queen, who taught music lessons on the piano, and a record breaking amount if handbells, who went on to be an English teacher, work with troubled youth, inviting exchange students into her home from all over the world, running a food pantry and clothes closet for those of us in need, and for most of her life also working as a nurse, then going back to seminary to become a Christian educator... Then there was dad, he has a similar type of story.. Which just showed me that I didn't have to choose one thing to be when I grew up...that I could be me, and do my best, but at many things... And I think the very best thing they taught me was learn something new everyday... So I am diverse, with enough esoteric knowledge to probably win a game show... But I have been able to see much of the world and have a lot of fun along the way... Right now I am writing this from Mexico City!!! Sorry for the run on thought... So, just, thank you.. I have shared this channel with quite a few people, my mom included... I wish you all so much good stuff...I look forward to so much more from you guys... Truly enjoyable videos!!!

There are several reasons I can think of not to tape your face, besides pulling your skin. What if you're at an event and the tape pops off? Or you're with your husband or lover and it pops off? I understand wanting to fight the aging process...but natural is always best. Massage and exercise works really well and it's free.

If you look at our part two we do address how to keep them on without popping off and if you do that say about rip your skin off if you don’t use oil. One of our friends that uses them posted a comment about how she did not scrub enough or use enough alcohol in one side came off well at the grocery store end it was a pretty funny story. Anyway for special occasions they are fabulous. We definitely wouldn’t wear them every day just because of the possibility of a stretching our skin but we did address all of that on part two. My comment was meant to ONLY boost their confidence and to let them know just how beautiful they are without their skin taped up. However I am not against it if a woman chooses to use the tape.
Now the reason I clicked on this video in the first place was to show my mom because she was asking me if women really tape their skin up and so I showed her a few videos on it and we shared a few laughs together. 😊

Another thing about aging is that you feel youthful but your outside doesn't match, and society treats you different suddenly you are being referred to as ma'am/ mum (depending on your location) or granny.

Watch Ru Paul’s Drag Race. The Girls on there use these tapes all the time. Once you put makeup over them they are not as noticeable.
BlueCat Blu do they use the same tapes? I was watching some Cosplay videos last night and they were using Band-Aids with rubber strings and spirit gum. It was pretty creative. It only works if you use a wig LOL but I thought that was creative. I was doing this because I’ve ordered all the other companies that do these bands. Debbie Potter Good morning Debbie! You are absolutely correct! It is so sad that they work so well but they probably would stretch your skin if you were them all the time. We did address that in part two. We had so many questions on the first video that you just watched who we made a second one. It shorter and I think it so much better but everyone still watches this one. I wish I could wear them every day. They make such a huge difference. At least they’re very inexpensive. I priced out Some of the other facelift gadget bands that are on the market and these seem to be the least expensive and the easiest to use. I want to hold off on the facelift bandwagon as long as possible at least time let’s say 105! LOL have a beautiful day my friend

Shona Magouyrk Hello that is not mean at all! I think when you do RUclips’s you expose yourself to any kind of questions. We’ve actually been doing some RUclips’s on fillers. She has Fillers in her lips but I will have to ask her what she uses. I think most of the lip fillers are very very similar. There’s the hyaluronic-based fillers and then there’s the collagen I think she’s had both? I hope this helps and if you want the specifics I can ask her when I see her next week

I Purchased them on eBay but we are going to be releasing a four part video series where we try all four different types of facelifting bands that we found and to be honest there are a few I like better than the one we originally did here in this video. And the best part is we’re going to do a giveaway. If you’re interested we’re going to be giving all four of them away in four different drawings. Since we get the picture, I like that they speeded up parts of this video. Others drag it out. I would like to see this tried on women who are in their 60's -- that's when things REALLY get rough. By the way, what if one is passionately kissing and good gracious, the thing flies off? BTW, one a day per year would be $365. A surgical facelift is about $3000-plus for a partial and over $25,000 for a full. I'd take the facelift if I had the money, but this will have to do since I don't.
Lori thank you so much for your funny comment Lori! That is so funny that you called out my absolute frozen brain moment with the math. Funny thing is I was a math champion in school. I was just so aware of that darn camera filming me that my brain got all mixed up and I didn’t even know how to edit out sentences at the time. Least I figured out how to fast forward things and I’m glad you appreciated that. I thought I could’ve even fast forwarded a little more. I know what you mean about the dragging on sometimes. It was our first RUclips video and we honestly did not think very many people would even watch it. We were just having fun that day .. just so you know I am 57 about to be 58 and Coco is 54. Not quite 60 but close enough. I honestly do not ever want to be put under the knife I’ve seen so many scary bad facelifts.

Ummm this can cause more wrinkles loves. Pulling the skin in a different direction can cause stress on your skin as well as form new wrinkles you didn’t have before.
Neck exercises ladies!!!! My grandmother did them every day. She passed away looking barely 60 and she was 96 years young as she would say. Never had surgery or injections. Only exercising her whole face and neck.
You won’t be giggling when those areas are starting to look even worse.
My aunt never does them and she actually does this trick. When she doesn’t have her neck and face pulled it’s like rivers of wrinkles. This is a very old trick. Just avoid!

Oh my God ruby you are hysterical! I love when women are confident about how they look. For thinning hair yes I do have a formula of some oil’s and things you mix together but you have to read them on your scalp every night before you wash it and you need to rub it in for about 30 minutes. I would be more than happy to share the recipe but I don’t know how to get it to you on RUclips.? I will give you my email address here and then just email me and I will send you a picture .. Also doing the micro needling on the scalp really really does help with thinning hair. It’s crazy. They always need all the scalp before they do a hair transplant because it stimulates the hair follicles. You might want to consider that just a .25 large needle head. Not the roller! Lisa Phillips That is a very good question. We actually did an updated version of this RUclips. I will attach a link it another comment but in order to get them off you have to use either baby oil or mineral oil and then you can’t use them again but even at that if you rip them off the sticky is gone so the very short answer is unfortunately you can’t reuse them but they literally cost about $1.25 each so if you use two of them to go out for a fabulous evening You’re only out $2.50. And we did a before and after in the second video so you can actually see the before and after.

Actually we did more research and there is another brand that actually clips into your hair. We did a review on it and 3 others so you girls can see all the options. I loved the Age Reverser because I don't have to have the tapes and risk one side popping off at most inopportune moments. Ha ha ha!!!

I have two careers that I juggle a house that is under reconstruction, children friends and 1 million other projects including this RUclips channel which consumes about 30 hours for every video. I finished with her six years ago so finally no more hot passes. There is a clip on face tape. We just did four videos about a month ago where we tested all these tapes we could find just to see which ones we like the best. The age reverser is great if you don’t want anything sticking to your skin..

Michelle Leigh Good morning Michelle and happy Thanksgiving! We have a part two on this video that we shot about four days ago. It’s shorter and I think it’s funnier LOL I love them! I’m wearing them today for Thanksgiving. I just use the isopropyl alcohol from the drugstore I think it’s probably 70%

We are going to do a RUclips on that face or size machine and then doing manual face her size. That one should be pretty funny. It makes sense that that would work but we have to try it. Michelle Leigh Hello Michelle, we just got drugstore alcohol. I believe it’s probably 70% but on our second video we show how to take them off which I’m telling you you want to know. LOL serious! Ouch if you don’t do it right. Also we have before and after photos on that video.. 😘

Vickie Reynolds hi Vickie! Actually there is something!!! I bought them at a skin care show in Las Vegas. They are these skinny pieces of clear tape that you stick right in the crease of the eye and depending on how you tape them on your eye is what shape your eye becomes. They actually work really great the only problem is it’s very difficult to wear eyeshadow and make up over them. I have not mastered that yet. I can’t even remember what they’re called but they’re very interesting. If you’re not going to wear makeup they would actually probably work really well. I can always give you the name of them if you really want to check them out. Let me know

Hooded eyes are beautiful. Why does everyone want these big bug eyes .. supermodels have hooded eyes . theyre smoldering and sexy !
Mariah Zalera Maria I love you thank you for saying that! They never really bothered me until I turned about 50 and then when I smile I don’t look like I have any eyes because the hoods hangover! LOL I have to raise my eyebrows really high so that it looks like I have eyeballs.. 😆😂😂 people will just have to know that they are smoldering under the big hood. @@CocoandtheMuse Of course! you two are beautiful and give off a great vibe! im only 25 and i have really hooded eyes, almost hanging over my eye, but theyre my most complimented feature. have u ever noticed that people kind of squint their eyes when they look in the mirror or in photos? its because theyre trying to smolder.. something that hooded eyes do naturally.
