Dear Sir you mention 5 -6 grams of camphor, I put 2.5 grams and it was so bitter I had to through it out. Also the rava was a bit chewey, what do I do? I imagine i cooked this for 30-45 minuets.

We usually call it Kesari since we add kesar for colour
Sri Rangam temple follows only "Hindi" Sheera rather than "Tamil" Kesari
Kesar is also a sanskrit word. Kesar is kungumaa poo in Tamil. Kashmir is famous for kesar Or kungumaa poo
