You cant run MP9 with boost. I use gotech. Stock reg with 4bar bosch pump. Intake vacuum to dumvalve. 350cc opel injectors. its a eaton m65 from a MB I cut a peace of to make it fit. M62 and M45 is almost the same size. Only the mounting hole and oil plug is different and outlet port.

I run 2x dumpvalves, 1x normal boost dumping, 2nd one has one of the internal springs removed so it's open on idle, It closes under boost pressure, By playing with the top screw tension, it changes the way the car aggressiveness aka throttle response is, also dumps air when cruising in 5th gear
Yes you can but only if its running before the throttle body. probably possible after if springs are setup correctly. I run two. one dumps a idle other during shifts
did you used original ecu? What fuel pressure reg? I didnt saw and can recognize where did you put vaccuum line from blow off. Did you changed injectors?? I have that same engine and looking to supercharge it woth eaton m45 or like you m62. That 62 looks somehow so small... ?? o
3 bar??? that eaton 65 can only generate 1 bar. the car looks dam fast anyway and how can you tell it only has 145 hp?? it looks more like near 200hp but what ever i'll try one m65 on my 2012 kia sportage 2.0 16v 165hp. if i only get 35 horses with 6 or 7 psi of boost i'll be happy.
Stock over clutch overheated after 2 drag runs. Using a 4 puck copper clutch. Busy installing LSD now. and sorting motor with forged internals. (stock rods didnt like 1.8 bar boost)

@@jdportwerks6795 hi there, for one this vid is couple years old, was boosting 0.6bar on stock charger With stock pulley and stock internals. The ADY engine is lazy to rev yes.
@@jdportwerks6795 had the one blower on there for over 5 years now if not longer, ported and polished it (never ever remove the black rotor coating it serves a purpose) changed the oil in charger (125ml nothing more nothing less, if I remember) Did a custom smaller pully Never once did they faulter Yes the belts get beat up broken and snaps, even the motor blows up! Buy never ever a eaton supercharger FYI all my chargers I bought 2nd hand. There almost bullet proof as a daily runner. Track use would be a different can of worms with heat soak etc
Its a hand full. it still surprises me every now and then
