I run 2x dumpvalves, 1x normal boost dumping, 2nd one has one of the internal springs removed so it's open on idle, It closes under boost pressure, By playing with the top screw tension, it changes the way the car aggressiveness aka throttle response is, also dumps air when cruising in 5th gear

I used the original assesorie pulley with damper, works okay, but later Porter the charger, customer 60mm charger pulley and bigger aluminum crank pulley. Basically a recirculating valve, or a soft dump valve that dumps at idle, closes under boost, Charger before throttle, if after engine sucks boost pipes close, but runs quieter

Not to sure, we estimate around 250hp~300hp. What I have learned in tuning is every dyno is different. So always tune on one dyno for accurate power gains

Normally on the VW 2.0l it's about 0.6bar could be more after porting. Definitely more with smaller pulley. But can't remember exactly

I tuned an AGG with a c200 Supercharger (Eaton M45 but with larger housing same displacement called M65) and the boost is under 2500rpm about 0,2Bar, then from around 3000-5000 boost is 0,3Bar and near the rev limit 6300, the boost rises to 0,5Bar slowly. The car runs like an ABF engine (150hp) with more low down torque.

I have an m90 and on a 1.8l 8v and it makes 5 psi with a badly slipping belt but I imagine one I fix that it would make 8 to 10 psi easy

@@jdportwerks6795 hi there, for one this vid is couple years old, was boosting 0.6bar on stock charger With stock pulley and stock internals. The ADY engine is lazy to rev yes.

@@jdportwerks6795 had the one blower on there for over 5 years now if not longer, ported and polished it (never ever remove the black rotor coating it serves a purpose) changed the oil in charger (125ml nothing more nothing less, if I remember) Did a custom smaller pully Never once did they faulter Yes the belts get beat up broken and snaps, even the motor blows up! Buy never ever a eaton supercharger FYI all my chargers I bought 2nd hand. There almost bullet proof as a daily runner. Track use would be a different can of worms with heat soak etc

Not a bad idea, stockish yes. Don't think the 4 puck button cluch helps aswell 😂 never broken a engine mount before, But I have Reinforced the rear and front one. 🤔the 15kg worth of brackets and 2 chargers weight on the front of motor doesn't help aswell

Buks Boucher,. Car is offline at the moment, no1 cylinder keeps flooding, found 1l exstra "oil" in sump. Flushed it twice and added fresh oil,. Changed plugs, still flooding, so pulled injectors, when back from cleaning will stick back in..... probably a spark related problem anyway

Sory to hear that she was ill. hope you have fixed the floud, to me it also sounds like a injector leaking. it is a high maintenance job maintaining our pride and joy. but it is worth it

Buks Boucher That sucks.....almost as much as the 5 hours I spend fault finding without winning the other night, Seems when alternator pulley bolt when South it knocked the timing out, After many attempts still haven't solved it, it starts and idles buy doesn't rev up. Still need to check compression, suspect bent valves 😭😭😭

That is not good news at all. best of luck with the fault finding and i also hope the problem is not that surviere. but if it still starts then hope is still alive.
