    Remember, if you want the keys to one of the most important things in your life, make sure you get all the stages of sleep; we love diversity here, and each one is important. Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night but preferably more and listen to your body's needs. Stay consistent, temperate, diet, then if all of that is dialed in, maybe look to biohack it. Add in supplementation, white noise, an eye mask, or mix and match to your heart's desire.
