bodyweight doesnt play AS much of a factor in arm wrestling tho due to the smaller tendons involved....especially when the smaller guy has more experience it just comes down to hand control. like devon larratt man handled the mountain but thor weighs 1.5x larratt's weight. after larry's hand got tired he was able to put him in a compromised position

I can't speak for him but my life just sucks objectively, and not everyone has the tools to make it "good".
I don’t understand how their bicep tendons don’t snap. Seems like an incredible amount of force they are generating.
My bicep tendons are sore after every practice and im 4 months in. Honestly, not sure why they haven't snapped yet considering the battles iv been in
@@mikeg1032 I lift for like 3 hours full body every other day and have tendon inflammation after most sessions that cools down after the rest day but the amount of stress on those tendons seems immense.
Pull, don't push. Shoulder presses, flop wrist presses and what not comes when you are more experienced. But most importantly is that you listen to your body.
@@haagenneldeberg6787 Yeah man. I have 4 years of lifting experience. I do a lot of pushing and pulling movements and lift consistently and intensely. Never injured myself and only have minor discomfort following intense training. I have what that guy was referring to in the video where your tendon rolls and causes slight inflammation.
