Janice talks to her clients as though they are her psychiatrist. No client wants to be burdened with such information. Going to a salon should be time to unwind.
Janice is one of these good-looking women who always were pampered by their family,spouses and even colleagues...these ladies think they can do whatever they want because of their look no matter how mean they are...well...Tabatha got it!
I'd be surprised if Janice was actually in a successful long term relationship. I suspect she looks great and the early days might be ok but she ends up being too much of a nightmare
I hate when people like Janice say "I am not perfect". Stop saying that.... we all know you aren't. That goes for everyone. Its a way to excuse your behavior, rather then admit that it wasn't professional or that you messed up. Its completely irrelevant that you aren't perfect because you never will be. Its that you didn't want to work harder. Some people expect perfection from others but refuse to be better themselves. However these owners didn't expect perfection, they expected professionalism.

This episode is a good example that Tabitha doesn’t pick on people. The stylist did a good job you could see she was looking for something but they did good and she complimented them!! Actually I think this is the first episode I’ve seen she was happy with the stylists 🤔

I think the staff and the owners - male and female - would look far more professional if they had a professional uniform that suited the colours in the salon. Jack strutting around in "holiday at the beach" shirts does not look professional. And it would look more unified if all the workers in black shoes instead of the mish mash of different colours and styles.

I think our Hairdressers in South Africa is Profesional in their work.....the Salons is in very good standard ..staff very friendly and helping....that is just how it is..I'm not a hairdresser only a client for years and years (74) ....all over South Africa 🇿🇦

I’m Not sure about the colour paint choice. I would of gone with very dark grey green colour with pops of dark berry red with those dark wooden furniture. Like a dark classy romantic style. With 59’s style chair in waiting area with a Victorian Chaise Lounge.
