Lindsay is the perfect example of what happens when parents never tell their kids no, never instill any manners, and never teach them how to accept constructive criticism and how to take accountability
they were going to give Lyndsay a chance but I guess her body language and attitude during their talk changed Eddie's mind. Good for him! He doesn't need the drama.
The salon seems to be still open. They haven't updated their Facebook in more than four years, though. I don't have Instagram, so maybe somebody could check them out there and report back?
Last instagram post is from august 22, 2019. A month earlier they posted that they were hiring, so no idea. I am from Germany so I definitely can’t check it out in person 😂
With his stress came the hoarding as he knew he was potentially going to lose everything. However, with his hoarding came the stress, because he was obv stressing out his staff too. Coming from a hoarder myself, it’s so easy to collect and hold on to things, instead of letting go. Once you get to that letting go stage - there’s no holding back. Good job everyone! 💖
we dont know how old she was at that time. People go through hard things, especially in the hair industry. Lindsay reminds me of my younger self ( when i was a hairdresser, now im a barber) and there are alot of people in that industry that put you down as a stylist. I use to have a mental breakdown while doing a womans hair. Back then i thought it was anxiety.... now 10 years later i realise i have PTSD and only just now been diagnosed. which means even back then those " breakdowns" were actually PTSD episodes. So i wouldnt go Judging Lindsay without knowing her backstory.
I don't think I've ever seen this episode before. As much as they complain about Tabatha they were actually a really lovely team with a lovely boss. I hope they are still going well
I've never seen this episode until today and I am stoked. Eddie is lovely and willing to make a change. His entire staff supported him (well, except for Lindsay) and it made this episode magical. I was stunned when Eddie stepped up, culled the bad apple (spoilt), and communicated his reasons and feelings about the situation. I hope that they all are thriving and enjoying their craft. Thank you! ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐
Blimey! I thought I'd seen them all. It's so much fun to see. This has to be among the most positive episodes. I think that they all just needed to be lifted out of despondency
Australian Choice Magazine (which is just a name for a science bureau that does consumer testing) proved that there is no difference between salon brands and supermarket brands.. for shampoos, conditioners, treatments, styling products, etc. Those products were next to worthless even before they passed their expiry date. The manufacturers market them to hairdressers who don’t have chemistry degrees and believe that they’re magical products. They’re not.
@@joannerichardson2647then quote your sources? Can you quote peer reviewed, academic journals which contradict that research? No you can’t. And that’s what hairdressers who try to sell those products and the people who market those products rely on.., that no one has ever seen the credible research that proves their efficacy.
Lindsey is so full of excuses, Its beyond annoying, take responsibility for your actions geez, as a beauty specialist and business women ,I would give my right hand to have to work and be mentored by Tabitha , If you can't take criticism how are you gonna be good at anything
Yes! I'm not buying the comments "oh she could have things going on". Hell no. The manager said that's her reaction always. Lindsay was resisting from the start. She wasn't fighting anybody in confessionals. Every correction she got, she had an excuse or an insult. That's not stress, anxiety, trauma, ptsd or whatever. That was being inmature and nobody tell me anything
Lindsey probably barely made it through training at beauty school. She complained that every stylist cuts differently. Well, she sure does, and badly, she can't even get the length right, and the poor client probably had to have it cut 2 inches shorter to make the style even. Hair is precious to women, its part of our power.
Nice to see a nice owner on one of these, he was a bit harsh at the start but he really cared. Glad they let that one lady go, damn what a terrible attitude!
Grown adults who act like toddlers grew up behaving this way and getting away with it. I think she didn't like tabathas methods because she didn't want to change. Sometimes it takes hard lessons to learn a lesson. Which I don't think she has ever experienced behaving the way she does.

@@DezciiXx sure she may have gone through hard things. we all do no matter what occupation or whatever else in life.... but at the end of the day she is responsible for her behaviour. She behaved badly here and should've apologised but she chose not to and carried on with her tantrum. I think they made the right decision to let her go. They just can't have someone like that pulling the team down.
@DezciiXx, that is absolutely no excuse. She has no right to cash a paycheck and expect to give crap service and have a belligerent attitude toward anyone the owner brings to help. She is a part of the problem, and she needs to remember that.

At last, a new episode instead of the same old repeats! Yay!!
This is new and so life changing. A lot of lessons to learn.
I agree about time
Relativity new.
How new is this ?
he last season was 2013
Tabitha’s fashion is timeless. In this episode her outfit still looks so current even in 2024
I was about to comment the same! She is stunning❤❤
