Back in 2017 the Brave Wilderness crew grabbed their popcorn, sat back, and watch the show. Now, it's time to return to the return to bug theatre!
What’s a bug theatre you might ask? A bug theatre is a common name for an insect “light trap”, where a screen is illuminated at night to attract all sorts of creepy crawlies and bizarre insect species. It is a common practice used by field entomologists around the world!

So like the Hercules beetle, the hellbender salamander, monitor lizards, Queen Alexandra's Birdwing butterflies, the Hercules moth! Like seriously it would be cool to learn what lareg species there are that we've maybe never heard of like I wonder what the largest ant species is or the largest grasshopper species.

Love to see that Coyote is still doing stuff with this channel. I don't know why but when i see him on here it make me happy because i started watching this channel when he was always in front of the camera and it gives me early brave wilderness vibes. Would love to see more off him.

As an avid bug kid, that insect-attracting screen would have excited the heck out of me as a child. I wanted to be an entomologist growing up. 😅

Insects are pretty cool. I loved your reaction when you saw the elephant beetle, it made me laugh! Beetles are so strong, they're amazing. Jim seems so nice.
