  • The girls did it again! This time the created a number of treats that range from tart to sweet, with subtle layers of flavour in between. If you have a garden, or even houseplants, you may be able to make these yourself! There are many, many edible flowers and strongly flavoured leaves that lend themselves to making Garden Candy.     Awesome!! I do the same thing with mint and stevia for a “peppermint” candy. I have also used the “chocolate” mint variety. Now I want to try other possibilities.

      We love that chocolate mint! Just planted some this spring. Mint and stevia sounds great -- there are SO many variations on this theme! Yum =)

    Did you ever build a hobo-stove? it got 2 walls and the steam can travel up inbeteween the walls. it will inflame at the top of the cans like a gas-cooker.
    in times of high energy prices (i live in germany) you can save some money and it is fun. you only need very little sticks. it will burn clean and with not much smoke.
    I go dumpster diving regulary (4 years of experience) and i save a lot of money. i create new recipes and i get the best ingredients for free.
