Fantastic results. Holding your own as well as you did is a huge achievement. Given your comments like “I was terrified and when I’m terrified I miss things”, I really wonder what these games would have looked like if you were totally unaware of who you were playing. Clearly you would recognize early that your opponent was very good but if you didn’t know how good it’s possible you would have an even better outcome. It would be so great if somehow you could play a game against Danya where you didn’t know it was him.

That last game was a lot of fun. I'm curious why you guys played 3|0 though. 3|0 seems to give Daniel a pretty significant extra advantage as he's extremely good in time scrambles.

Cool games! The best chess youtuber in my opinion is you and Hikaru. Also dont forget the unrememberd chess channels like Chess Simp or Chessbrah.

I don’t remember where I heard this quote, but it might have been during some recap on this channel.
“A good player will prevent you from doing what you want. A great player will let you get everything you want, then make you look dumb for it”

You’re barely hanging on to the IM title forget about becoming a GM. Hikaru agrees with me.

my man is very good with words. I would probably just say: his rook bad i made good ! Levi: his rook was like a ornament on a shelf collecting dust, i transformed it into a gazelle flying into my position. ^^

Levy has the potencial to become GM, he just needs to control himself. That's really hard, but as everything, it's a maner of practice
