@@laylover7621I think part of it is the layering of piano and electric piano playing identical parts
@@laylover7621 A huge part of it is that it's an American piano that was likely made before the 70s. To make a really long story short, after the second world war most piano manufacturers in the US went out of business, and those that remained were usually snapped up by Steinway and subsequently abandoned, especially after 1972. This has caused the sound of most older American pianos to sound different and interesting due to a market that's dominated by the same manufacturers and the same general sounds.
@@oldgoat381 interesting, are those the little upright piano's. I'm always suprised to see these American very low cabinet uprights. I could imagine that the small size/short strings have some effect on the sound, may also the hammers have a certain brightening effect. Are there any specific brands ?

The boys at the GCD (Groof Concentration Department) have done it again, they've managed to concentrate the levels of groof to previously unimagined heights and produced another banger. That left&right panning and the high note and the background singers.. I could go on

I've been waiting for this Groove Spoon throwback since I saw it on the tracklist. ECSTATIC right now.
I have been playing the alto and bari sax for a few years now. These songs have really inspired me to do more and really get better. Everyone in this track/album is amazing.
Everything about this is perfect: The Beat, The Camerawork, The Lyrics, etc.
This is their best song in years, and they've had some bangers!
Their happiness and passion are so contagious ❤
