Been a Canes fan since I was born, named after the Ibis himself so it was written in the stars. Starting at the U this year I really hope we can perform as good as we’re projected to this season. It’s insane how stacked we are on paper, but how disappointing the seasons have turned out lately. Think the one thing we’ve learned the most, take the damn knee
Go get 'em Se-Bas!! Study your hours away and don't skip home games and the big campus events, they're worth it. Forget how to be lazy. Attack school and there's free time. Avoid school and it will make both studying and not studying feel worse. It feels long and arduous but life is such it all starts spinning faster and faster while you're busy. Don't fear hard work. Don't fear missing out. Fear is the only thing to fear. But fearlessness isn't bravado, it's the calm it takes to be at peace and secure and young men usually don't have a lot of that. Stay humble and earnest. You too, like the ibis, will be the first to know and flee stormy weather, and the first to return when the sun breaks out. Speed wins. Get started.
College Football is better when The U is good. This is why the media jumps the gun and keeps asking if the U is back. This is a good team and could go 9-3 and we are hoping 10-2 making the expanded playoffs. Here’s to hoping the media is right because if this can get rolling the recruiting will be crazy
Big canes fan, thanks for doing a great video about the canes. I can't wait for the season. That defense is good with Lance and can't wait for it go canes baby
Since joining in the ACC in 2004 alongside my team the Hokies Miami has done diddly squat literaly every single year for the last 20 years but every single year both the fans and the media act like all their back they're going to be dominant this year I want what y'all smoking..
The best team in many many years so I do think they ll finally win alot of games this year. They are very balanced, have excellent talent . Their experience and depth has improved alot too. They look bigger and stronger in a neglected area the past 15 years or so. The trenches. Both lines have improved significantly. I m not predicting games they ll win. Just win on the field. Don t talk it - do it !!!
I’m with you…mostly. Miami looks Elite on Defense, a Solid A & A minus on Offense, & of course, on paper & in training…where it counts…that is, until the season starts. 5 Breakouts: Lofton, Horton, Arroyo, Wheatley & Porter.
#1- nobody is comparing Cam Ward to D'Eric king. King was too short and had a very below average arm. Cam has NFL arm talent and loves the offense Miami runs. Loften is a TE/FB. Hunt is no longer on the team. Nor is Riley. This breakdown is terrible. You also neglected to bring up tyler Barren. He is gonna be a 1st round pick and will lead moami in sacks
Media is hyped about the on field on paper talent but anyone watching last season knows that's not why we lost games last year. We got conservative when we should have been aggressive and aggressive when we should have taken a knee. TVD was as explosive and inconsistent as Bret Farve. We had no plays for the red zone. We had stupid self-inflicted penalties like false start penalties. We had horrible game/time management from the coaching staff. Can the coaching and play calling improve to match the talent? Can we clean up the penalties? Can we play consistently for all four quarters? I don't know. But I hope so. Go Canes.
Slight correction on the GT game. Refs forced a fumble not GT. Dumb call on Mario's part for sure, but for the sake of transparency considering replay was in effect. Understandable job by those making split decisions on the field, but inexcusable by the replay folks.
What do you mean they lost Vandyke it was more like good riddance because he tucked & yes Miami will win the acc this year & go to the playoffs & shut up all these punks!!!!!! who are hating on the U

Been a cane fan my entire life. This happens every year. Way too much hype going into the year, they have a stupid early loss, then they derail for the rest of the year. They’ll finish the reg season with 7-8 wins and lose the bowl game.
The Noles are a significantly less talented team in 2024 than they were last year. Worse at QB, WR, O line, and especially D line! It won't go well for Norvell. He'll probably cry about it like after the Orange Bowl. Go Canes
Rooting for Gators and Canes this year. Noles have annoying cocky fans saying they “deserved” to be in the playoffs even though they didn’t have their QB and almost lost to an awful Florida defense!
@LordTylerBluGunderson The Noles fanbase is very annoying because they have an over inflated perception of their program's accomplishments. You are what your record says you are. So, for a program that finds itself on the losing end of the rivalries against the Gators and Hurricanes, that slice of humble pie served by the Bulldogs in the OB last year will be a record that won't easily be broken. They go 10-2 at best, and that's without too many injuries.
@@RaisedCane-qn3ts that game against UGA in the orange bowl just shows you that this team is nowhere near a top team like Bama, UGA or Ohio state because there team is built by transfers that come in for 1 or 2 years and then leave to the draft once they get the opportunity.
