I especially appreciate when you say, 'There is no playing catch up'. Sometimes we find it difficult to let go of things that are hanging over our heads, which can cause frustration, anxiety and depression. It is so wise to learn to let go of things and not be too hard on ourselves when we fall short. We need to be as kind to ourselves when we feel we have fallen short as we are with others when they feel that they have fallen short. 'Stepping in where you are' is great advice. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video.
