Makes me want to cry. Played this when I was a kid. I’m 32 now and still remember this game and the music. Played it with my brother a lot. Great times.
This song always makes me wanna break down and cry! I remember when me and my sister would beat this game, (For the like 50th time lol) we would make up random stuff about the little pictures on screen! Like Kirvy (Yes, according to us, his name is “Kirvy”) is stealing Dada Kirv’s (YES DADA KIRV XD) coffee, so he had to go back to the restaurant called “Drinks Coffee”, and buy a new one, just for Kirvy to drink it again! Another one was Kirvy stealing Dada Kirv’s job, and making a bunch of money so he could buy candy for him and his best friend “Skep”! (We would just make up names, such as Skep, Grongo, and Managerio! 🤣) There was also one where Kirvy gets stuck in a spider web, and gets saved by Papa Take-away, AKA Tac! So many amazing memories! :D
this song (and whole soundtrack) is my favourite video game OST. it reminds me so much of my childhood and better, simpler days. this song waa like the kind of day i used to dream about one day seeing in a world that now no longer exists. bittersweet, but this song preserves my memories at least...
Love this song but it’s a shame I have to come here because the original was taken down :( nonetheless thank you for preserving this despite Nintendo being an asshole.
