Golden Cuban Chain Ring | How it's made

  • Hello everyone and thanks for watching, this is one I've been planning to make for a while now, I hope you guys like it!
I really had to study this one, took me a whole afternoon calculating the correct wire gauges but I nailed it. This was more tricky than making just a cuban link chain, I had to solder the chain flat and then I realized I had to actually close the ring somehow 😅 so I sawed a link open... All in all, it was worth it and I'm happy with the outcome.
I used 85/15 golden brass and hard silver solder, cooked the chain with the propane torch and soldered with my good old oxy-hydrogen water welder. The rest, well the rest was quite improvised for lack of tools! Let me know what you think in the comments!
If you enjoyed this video like and subscribe 'cause there's more coming!
    Cheers!
