Your channel is a blessing to my life. I literally started eating a high carb low fat diet 2 days ago. Ive been vegan for a long time now, but its like everytime i want a nice sweet dessert theres always oil or vegan butter, or advocado just so many high fat things and whenever i go to any other channel their food is delicious but its not that healthy. But you however constantly bring high carb low fat foods with NO OIL that are delicious and delectable. gaaaah i love you
+AnnieFireLovly Yayyyy! Congrats on switching to high carb vegan, I hope it is going well so far :) Yes I totally know what you mean, take out the butter and it seems like there is oil everywhere you look. I have quite a sweet tooth so desserts are a daily necessity for me, so thank goodness for fruity treats! It's amazing how easy oil-free baking really can be. I'm so happy my recipes can be a help to you and thank you for leaving such a sweet comment
😻 😻 😻 Thank you a thousand times for this!!! Been craving oreos for a while now and now I have the perfect recipe for that! LOVE your channel btw 😊 Gracias!!!
try coconut whipped cream for filling! it is very light and fluffy. freeze it before you use it. it is also pretty low fat, especially the "light" version.
Amazing recipe! I wanted to make a healthy oreo cheescake cookie since my business is based on healthy desserts so I'm really happy that I found this. Love from jamaica!
I just made them and put them into the fridge for a bit... AHMAZINGG 🙌👏 I chose this recipe out of all recipes I had in mind to eat something with cacao in it for the first time in 1 1/2 years so you may get why I'm super excited to eat alll of these! Thanks a lot for the amazing recipe! xx Zoey ❤
OMG those look so good and so simple! I love that you made then crisp like original Oreos! =O I've also never been able to make powdered sugar before but that looks freaking perfect! I think I'll do that with raw sugar. This is blowing my mind. GREAT VIDEO!!
+TheVietVegan Thank you Lisa! Yeah they gotta be crispy otherwise they would just be tiny whoopee pies lol! Definitely try the powdered sugar thing, Lucie (Win-WIn Food) has a great tutorial on it too. You have to have a SUPER dry blender which is always challenging since I am constantly using and washing it :D
+Leah M I love your minty idea, I've been craving something choco mint ever since I heard there were new choco mint larabars! If I can't find them then might as well make minty oreos :) OMG yes that would be the most epic blizzard :o You are just giving me all sorts of ideas for dessert this weekend, thank you!
You deserve way more recognition. Glad I stumbled upon this video so I found out about this channel and could subscribe. Giving this recipe a try soon too. Keep it up!
This is such a great recipe, since oreos are one of my favourite treats, but I can't handle wheat, so I eat max 1-2 cookies if a friend offers them. But this is fab, thank you so much!
I love how excited you are about this recipe! I have to say I am excited to try it and I love your genius method of flattening the cookies, I will be stealing that ;)
The number of people in these comments just saying, “You do know Oreos are vegan?” 🙄 Of course she knows that. But they’re not *gluten-free* which, if you’re a coeliac, is pretty crucial to prevent actual illness. Why focus on one little thing to try to sound like you’re making an ultra-clever point? 😂. (Clue: you’re not) Clearly the point with these cookies (obvious from her title) is that they’re vegan *AND* gluten-free *AND* only have 3 ingredients, rather than all the ultra-processed crap in regular Oreos. With no danger of cross-contamination. Win win win all round. Great video, thank you :) going to try these!
these look amazing, i tried to make "healthy" oreos from a pinterest post, and they had like 20 ingredients, and didn't turn out that good, I'm going to make these with Jace!
Hi Natalie. I made these tonight. So super easy. I’m not really much of a baker and I burnt them a bit but they turned out nice. I tagged you on Instagram. I love your channel. Please don’t ever stop with the recipes💖
Awesome!! I may try this with date paste instead of maple syrup for a cheaper option :) Blended, pressed tofu would work well for an additional filling substitute. Thanks for uploading!
+Fun4YOU Since you asked, I just tested it, and you can but they won't be as crispy. The gluten makes them rise more so they turn out more like a soft chewy cookie. Still tasty though!
Most natural food stores will have it. Whole Foods definitely has it. Even my normal grocery store has it now. Or you can order it online, it's pretty cheap!
Looks amazing, as all your recipes do :) I'm not a celiac and have no problems whatsoever with gluten, can I use all purpose flour instead? Or are there different measurements?
I love the new red velvet oreos! How would you make those? I have tried to make vegan artificial dye free red velvet cake but it never turns out right!
Hey! I want to make these! Do you think white rice flour is allright? Oh, and agave syrup instead of maple syrup! Thank you! You are a culinary miracle!
+Muriel Vittori I just tested them with the agave and they are not nearly as crispy. Still tasty but just softer. I don't have any white rice flour, it's hard to find here, so I can't say for sure on that substitution. Sorry!
+Feasting on Fruit I've made them yesterday. They were kind of though, but after sitting in the fridge overnight with the coconut cream, they softened up and I really like them anyways! It's true, they're not crispy. When I'll get my hands on maple syrup, I'll try it out! So weird that you don't have white rice flour, here it's the contrary, it's hard to find the brown one!
Hi! Congratulations for this recipe, it looks so tasty, I'd like to make it but I don't have Marple syrup , do you think molasses would work as well? (sorry for english errors that's not my first language)
Instead of Brown Rice Flower, can I use just regular All-Purpose Flour? I really want to make these tomorrow and I dont want to go shopping (i'm lazy that way :)
Awesome recipe! Would almond flour work in place of brown rice flour? It’s hard for me to get right now. I also have all purpose, whole wheat, coconut, and oat flour.
I haven't tried this one with almond flour, but of the ones you listed it would probably be your best bet. You will most likely need more flour than with brown rice, just keep adding slowly until you have a dough that you can roll into balls :)
can i use rice flour instead of brown rice flour? can i possibly blend brown rice in my food processor to get brown rice flour???(am i risking breaking my kitchen aid lol)
+Abby Kuo White rice flour will not yield as crispy of a cookie as white rice, sorry :( And I have no idea how to make brown rice flour at home, but maybe you could google it??
Could I substitute the brown rice flour to just normal rice flour? :) And do you think that the cookies would turn out chewy rather than crispy if i made them 2-3x bigger?
+Pranvera G If you make them bigger but with brown rice flour then I think they will be fine. However I do think the white rice will make them chewy regardless of size since it's so much stickier. Sorry!
+Feasting on Fruit Thank you for the answer! I've been searching around in stores here in Sweden and found some whole grain rice flour, which is the same thing as brown rice flour right? Since brown rice is whole grain rice? Excited to make these!!!
Those are nothing like Oreos, cause they're way BETTER than Oreos!!! 😍😁❤️
Wooohooo!!! I like the way you think :)
Thank you. I have a little boy that has never had an oreo in his life due to food allergies. I know he will love these. :)
+Jorien B. Aww that is wonderful, I'm so happy to hear it! Yay for allergy free recipes! I hope he loves them
Aawww
your fam is so lucky to have such an amazing vegan chef/baker like u *jealous
+Lisa Kng Aww thanks girl!
Feasting on Fruit Hi, I measure in grams, Oz, ml etc could you possibly let me know those measurements to this recipe please? Thank you xx
Lisa Kitahara couldn’t agree more
banana slices! Great idea!! 😍
love the simplicity of the recipe too! keep up the good work!!
PB and banana

OMG I HEART this recipe!!! SUPER DUPER EASY and very few ingredients!! You're a genius Natalie.
Doesn't get much simpler than a three ingredient cookie🤗 I hope you enjoy!
try coconut whipped cream for filling! it is very light and fluffy. freeze it before you use it. it is also pretty low fat, especially the "light" version.
That's what I used! It's perfect :)
Starting a vegan fast on the 1st. Will definitely try this during my journey, and if all goes well, I'm going vegan permanently!
Yay!! I hope it is going well for you, 25 more days (or forever!) to go😊
Hey, are you still vegan? 💕
Amazing recipe! I wanted to make a healthy oreo cheescake cookie since my business is based on healthy desserts so I'm really happy that I found this. Love from jamaica!

Lemon are my favorite.
That mini whisk is my life. 😍
+SakuyaLuigi I adore that thing
I have been looking for a vegan and gf Oreo recipe!!!! this is incredible.
+Taylor Price I can't even tell you how good they are, you have to try them!!
You could use silken blended sweetened tofu with agar agar.
GOSH I'M LITTERALY DROOOLING
+Plantbased Gudrun Hahaha :D
Omg! Thank you for answering my request😊 love your videos soooo much😄
+Life Of A Vegan Teenager THANK YOU for the request! Such a good idea :)
I'm really happy that I discovered your channel! Also thanks for not using weird and hard-to-find ingredients.
Yay, thanks for watching Mariah! Yes not having a good natural food store near me forces me to keep ingredients pretty simple :)
They look like little macaroon! :D Thanks for those alternative filling too! Definately making this when I have a chance.
+KawaiiStrucked They do kind of! All those are much trickier I think, never made them. I hope you enjoy!
BFO's! My jam!
You deserve way more recognition. Glad I stumbled upon this video so I found out about this channel and could subscribe. Giving this recipe a try soon too. Keep it up!

They are so delish! Hope you try them Lucas :)
This is such a great recipe, since oreos are one of my favourite treats, but I can't handle wheat, so I eat max 1-2 cookies if a friend offers them. But this is fab, thank you so much!
+Mimijona Same here, gluten and I don't get along. You'd think oreo would make a gf one by now :/ But homemade is better anyways, I hope you enjoy!
Made those today. They're great! Thank you for this video ❤
Yay! I'm so happy you liked them Alexandra :)
tried these with a few tweaks and it is bomb
Oh, my gosh! Those are the cutest! Great job!
+Cadry's Kitchen Thanks Cadry :)
I love how excited you are about this recipe! I have to say I am excited to try it and I love your genius method of flattening the cookies, I will be stealing that ;)
+Nicola Wilson Hahaha I am pretty excited :D Yes the cookie flattening thing is great for oil free baking when they don't spread on their own!
I just found your channel and its amazing! I'm always on the look out for vegan food channels for inspiration. Keep up the good work :)
+liz lay I'm so glad you found me, thanks for watching!

I think you're by far one of my favorite youtubers ❤
Thank you Amina, that is so sweet
these look amazing, i tried to make "healthy" oreos from a pinterest post, and they had like 20 ingredients, and didn't turn out that good, I'm going to make these with Jace!
+WholeVeganliving Whoa! Yeah long ingredients immediately turn me off who has time for all that!?! Let me know how it goes Krista :)
Hi Natalie. I made these tonight. So super easy. I’m not really much of a baker and I burnt them a bit but they turned out nice. I tagged you on Instagram. I love your channel. Please don’t ever stop with the recipes💖

Love this Natalie! I need to make these ones too! Your recipes are AWESOME seriously! *.* :):) :*
+noraSpiration These are still one of my favorites :) Thank you Nora!
Awesome!! I may try this with date paste instead of maple syrup for a cheaper option :) Blended, pressed tofu would work well for an additional filling substitute. Thanks for uploading!
+Kayleigh Maijala That sounds good! They won't be as crispy with date paste, but they will still taste great :)
wow!! you're a genius! this is amazing!
Thanks Erin!
Looks amazingggggg
Thanks Melissa😘
You can always mix powdered sugar and plain vegan yogurt or some variant of that mixture.
Yep, that would work too!
these look amazing!
+lizzyslife They are so tasty
brilliant
❤️❤️
Can you use regular flour too? LOVE the idea, definitly making these as soon as possible!
+Fun4YOU Since you asked, I just tested it, and you can but they won't be as crispy. The gluten makes them rise more so they turn out more like a soft chewy cookie. Still tasty though!
They look like macaroons, and that is awesome 😍 Thanks !
They do now that you mention it!😊
normal oreos are vegan
municorn Mallo but not gluten free
Paul López but still vegan
no they are not it says on their website
Vegan but highly processed with shitty chemicals
Opheliiia ; they aren’t ETHICALLY vegan and thy are unhealthy.
Girl! You are incredible! I subscribe and I'm looking forward for more recipes! (and videos - they are so beautiful!)
Awww thanks lovely
I love how simple and easy this is!
Yes!! Not quite as easy as buying them, but close ;)
Yum! I'm definitely making these :)
+NaturallySweetVegan Do it!
Yummy ;) thanks for sharing !!!! I will try making this ;) I just subscribed
Thank you
look more like macaroons than oreos but still look amazing! 😍
Haha they do kinda! You could make them bigger though so they would look less tall :D
Thank you
Yum yummmm YUMMMMMMMMMMM
+beautybyjuliaxoxo :)
Aw I just watched this right after I gave in and ate normal Oreos!! these look so much better tho!!!! :(
Well no reason to EVER regret eating a cookie of any kind haha! But I hope you give these homemade ones a try soon :)
Feasting on Fruit I definitely will!
I qm going to try this with Lyles golden syrup thinned like mqple syrup 🌞
Good idea, that should work!
Can I use just agave nectar and gluten free flour?
OMG THIS LOOKS FANTASTIC!
Where can I get brown rice flour? Never seen it...
Most natural food stores will have it. Whole Foods definitely has it. Even my normal grocery store has it now. Or you can order it online, it's pretty cheap!
+Feasting on Fruit I have never seen it... I will take a look, thanks :)
Yummmmm
Omg girl!!! 😍😍😍🙌🙌
+Naomi Mederos :)
Could I use oat flour and agave nectar instead of brown rice flour and maple syrup?
Agave would be okay, but oat flour will make them chewy, not crunchy.
+Feasting on Fruit Okay thank you! I'm looking forward to making them :)
To make them sweeter can I add some dark brown sugar aswell as the maple syrup. My friend tried it and said it works? They look insane Xoxox
Looks amazing, as all your recipes do :) I'm not a celiac and have no problems whatsoever with gluten, can I use all purpose flour instead? Or are there different measurements?
You can try it, but the lack of elasticity with the brown rice flour makes for a crunchier cookie than AP will. But yes, the amount will be the same.
You could also make banana nicecream thats what I'm going to try, love your videos :D
+Tilde Runborg They are really good with nicecream! The go-to for all high-carb vegan creamy filling needs :) And thank you!
Banana ice-cream as a tastier alternative :p (can't stand bananas if not frozen)
Definitely gonna try it. Btw, music is the bomb! Can I get the source?
This one is from so long ago, I really don't remember the source sorry!
does this work with regular plain wheat flour? love the recipe!
It will work but the cookie will be a little softer and chewier than with the brown rice.
I love the new red velvet oreos! How would you make those? I have tried to make vegan artificial dye free red velvet cake but it never turns out right!
Hello, I have white rice flour will that be okay to use instead of brown rice flour?
Do they taste like Oreos or taste like something entirely different?
Whoa yum!!!!
what can I use to replace the maple syrup?
Can I blend brown rice in a blender and make brown rice flour? Btw in love with your channel! X❤️
I do not know how brown rice flour is made tbh, so I can't say.
Sugar Pie yeah you can I've done that before
Sorry!

Is coconut milk low in fat? Just wondering, btw loove your videos ❤️❤️
+patricia santesson No it is not, that is why I gave the other low fat options :)
Can I use coconut flour instead of brown rice flour?
Coconut flour won't work here unfortunately, they will turn out way too dry and crumbly😬
Hi! Congratulations for this recipe, it looks so tasty, I'd like to make it but I don't have Marple syrup , do you think molasses would work as well? (sorry for english errors that's not my first language)
Molasses would work, although the flavor is quite strong so I'm not sure how they would taste. Might be too bitter😬
Instead of Brown Rice Flower, can I use just regular All-Purpose Flour? I really want to make these tomorrow and I dont want to go shopping (i'm lazy that way :)
You are welcome to try it, but they will not be as crunchy with the AP. Still delicious though! Ha I feel ya on the laziness thing :D
If I substitute honey for maple syrup will this still work?
I hope we can use honey instead of Maple Syrup. Maple syrup is very expensive.
Yes, honey will be absolutely fine here!
Wait, doesn't coconut milk/cream also have oil in it?
I think I love you.
Can l add 1 tsp vanilla ?
Hi!!this looks amazing!!can you fell me please what programs you use for editing videos?thanks!!!!
I just use iMovie :)
Feasting on Fruit Okay, thank you for responding!
@@FeastingonFruit a bag of almond flour can be like 15.00
Can i just use brown rice processed in a blender as flour?
+Natalia Quintanilla Moya I have no idea, I'm not sure how brown rice flour is made. But I don't think raw rice is very easily digestible :/
You seem to use brown rice flour in many of your recipes. Would it be okay to use white rice flour instead?
They are not interchangeable unfortunately, but I actually don't use rice flour too often so lots of other recipes to choose from without it!
Hiii can I use honey instead of maple syrup? Thanks!
Sure!
Damn I wish Oreos looked like that
all i need is to buy brown rice flour asap.
I hope you can find some soon!
Can you taste the maple syrup in the cookie?
+nicolexwaves Nope! My mom doesn't even like maple syrup and she loved them :)
can i use rice flour instead of brown rice flour? can i possibly blend brown rice in my food processor to get brown rice flour???(am i risking breaking my kitchen aid lol)
+Abby Kuo White rice flour will not yield as crispy of a cookie as white rice, sorry :( And I have no idea how to make brown rice flour at home, but maybe you could google it??
Can you eat the cookies by itself or would it taste not as good?
They are delicious by themselves! Very rich. Or just dip them in frosting/peanut butter/whatever :)
+Pranvera G I'm pretty sure whole grain is the same as brown rice! I'm so happy you found it!
