@@SOAIVLOGS Hi I think there is a Nigerian airline running from Nigeria to Ghana (Accra) to Jamaica. And Rwandair is also running directly from Ghana to USA and the route is Rwanda to Ghana (Accra) to USA (I think its New York). I think Delta also flies directly to Ghana from USA. So you might want to check this out to consider a shorter journey to travel than this long route from Jamaica. This would save you on the covid tests and some cash too. Some African airlines are working on having direct connections with our Carribean brothers and sisters. You might want to checkout the Portuguese airline called TAP. They got lots of flights to the South American and Carribean countries which would fly you to Portugal directly and then to Ghana.
We need to reach out to the government of Ghana to make some connections with the Caribbean so it will be easier for we in Jamaica and the rest of the Caribbean who want to travel to Ghana please

Good to see you branching out, and especially seeing a Jamaican vlogger heading to Africa and Ghana in particular. So glad you visited Ghana! The heat is also intensified cause it’s harmattan season. The weather is dryer, a lot of dust, and humidity is really low, especially in Accra and other major towns. Hope you’re having fun
Having come to Canada as a young Ghanaian child...Jamaicans have come a long way acknowledging Ghana or Africa in any way. It's nice to see. I've been ridiculed by many Jamaicans and other West Indians for being African. Glad to see this slow but definite transformation. Blessings 🇯🇲🇬🇭
@@a.konadu4010 Jamaicans has acknowledged Africa it's in the Music, food Etc but obviously been away from that contient for centuries, you may not be aware of it there are many Jamaicans in Ghana and Tanzania for years BEFORE you tube popularity of visiting Africa.
I'm not sure if you can do this in Jamaica, but whenever I'm traveling to Europe from the US I go to my bank here in the US and order the currency for the country I'm visiting. I return whatever I don't spend. You usually have to do this a week or so before because they don't always have the amount you need, but they'll get it for you. Just a thought for currency to any country.
This was very informative Stephen. Looking forward to learning and seeing more. I do the same with my money when we travel, I never take it all out with me. Plus I always make paper copies of my PP,ID and other important information (to leave with someone at home and a copy for my room safe) just in case it's needed.

You are the best. I needed all this information you gave. You reminded about the plugs 🔌 and I did not see any information about that Ghana requirement you mentioned while in the UK so that was great information. This is why I love watching you as you give details about your travel experiences. Thank you.
You are living my dream, enjoyed the useful info about planning a trip to Ghana. I am much older than you, but am hoping to visit the Motherland at least once, as I look forward to retirement. I have watched several of your videos from Jamaica but never subscribed (ok I have now) Your info about the preparation for a Ghana trip was very useful, I had heard about the Yellow Fever situation but never had practical advice on what was involved, as was the info on phone & credit cards. Hopefully I'll make the trip this year, I believe it will be the first of many. Haven't been to JA in years, that's where my roots are from, so I plan to visit again too, but all my parents generation have passed on so next time there I'll be strictly tourist. As for Ghana, while Air B n B is a great option and probably allows for more flexibility, I think I'll probably do the more established tourist route and stay at a hotel in the City, although if I go straight to Kumasi, I do have a great contact there who is Jamaican background and well established in the Community. Anyway, enjoyed the video, enjoy your trip, keep up the good work.
It's great to see the world and the people who live in it. I love to travel too. I don't do much right now but hope to change this very soon. It's too bad when people live close together we often don't try to get alone more. Hopefully, this will end one day.
I'm jamaican by way of the US and just came back from accra go to osu night Market they start cooking when it gers dark when you get there ask for Shitalo so good get it with kenke.
