I also run a Fanatec wheel (GT DD Pro) and had the same force feedback glitch happen to me. Luckily for me it happened during qualifying so I was able to restart the base before the start of the race.
Now I don't feel so bad about my p13 finish. This was a very very difficult race, my first season ever trying menu races and it was very humbling to go from being a top five driver in the dailies (@ my DR level) to a back of the pack barely able to keep up with folks in Manu. If you are in with Kylian, you are top level racing.
One-shot quali is a new and interesting addition. Pressure is high and helps to mix up the grid if a top driver makes a mistake in quali.

Qualified 2nd, pitted at lap 12 and finished 1st! That's my 3rd victory in a row with Ferrari.
