My favorite self care methods consists of journaling and exercising. I recently got promoted to another department the facially challenged mono racial wilderbeasts at my old job department loved to bully me, sabotage my work and talk crap about me. The manager I worked with was mentally unstable and she loved instigating drama. My former Co workers hated the fact that I didn't talk about my personal life at work. My favorite hobby is embroidery and reading books.

My dark feminine habit is that I always keep myself a few levels higher than the regulars 🤭 meaning that I pull myself in and out of blackness as I see fit. As a mixed woman I purposely do this to stay ahead and keep them in their place 😌 Love your videos as always 🩷
Being flexible is very good. Mentally and physically. Always keep it moving and never let anyone cool you down. Change your hobbies and interests. Try everything to find what is best you do. Passion is the essence of true living.
