- One of the coolest features we installed in the Stubb, our shop for our dealership is an indoor wash bay! We put a 40' curtain so we can wash cars inside and prevent water from going all over the place. We also made progress on the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Man I know this is your place of work, but what a sweet spot to retreat to if you need to get away from the wife or the house haha head to the stub, grab a beer, turn on the tv and look at all the cars.

Curtain looks great. Good area for wash and polish. Could do paint prep and add a drop hood vent over car. Nice.

Why a bedroom? Why not the private office/video interview area, and downstairs is sales office. I just don't get the need for a bedrooom. Maybe I missed an update somewhere. Cool content though.

Well we do sell cars occasionally
in my community, recycle is every week and garbage is every other week. maybe this is coming to your area as well.

The idea of making a comercial property also become a " home' would require so much paper work/ permits/ fire escapes etc,etc
And ultimately the council could just say no.
You can't put a bedroom in a building you own just because it also operates a business? What about home offices?
They can’t say no if they don’t know about it.
In a city here a permit would be necessary. Building codes require a window or door to outside, power on each wall, etc. Taxable values would increase.

Not really. I think of it as investing in my property which retains value.
