In notorious Nirbhaya rape in Delhi our hard law fail to reduce such events, but continue and I think increasing. All such Not reported in media as Govt s want. Do plan to action not allow to happen such anti social events. I think in school college all students should be psychologically tested by giving them a chance to face similar situation . Parents are helpless, teachers can do more than Parents . I have seen on TV some media mock actions . In disguised form, women media personal offered to such possible events in the presence of disguised police to catch such mental persons. But I think Govt in parliament discouraged it. It was good to act to stop such events before to victimise any innocent. Some MCQ questions test about views of youngsters about such may differentiate such bad elements. And they must be counselled and kept under watch. Most people normally demand heavy punishment. Some country no crime even no such heavy punishment but no jails only counseling to such possible bad elements if seems after school studies. In our schools all other subject s are useless if such good social living knowledge is absent.
