It's probably just a way to kind of deal with his grief. While he is in the middle of a game of chess he likely isn't thinking about his mom's death.

i play touchscreen too its a lot easier in time trouble to just press instead of aim a mouse

Using touchscreen takes more moving time than using a mouse, especially if you're accustomed to the sensitive cursor setting

@chaos60 But the amount of time you have affects your decision-making though. And also can leave you in a flagging position where you might have had perfect play beforehand. Time is a huge factor in chess, especially these time formats. 😂
Touchscreen is faster tho? Unless you’re like a good at fps. I certainly have a much easier time playing bullet on my phone than on my computer
Application can simply disable the "dragging" option and allow players to point click on the source and destination squares.

I mean, you can definitely play bullet way faster with a mouse if you know what you're doing lol. The fastest mouse bullet player is faster than the fastest touch screen bullet player.
Maybe YOU have an easier time on the touchscreen, but that's specific to you. In general, mouse is faster.

Maroczy is the abbreviated version of Maroczy Bind. The bind is formed by the c4 and e4 pawns clamping down on d5.
