Just put the normally open thermal switch in parallel with the on/off switch instead of cutting it off, this way it will still switch off if the battery gets too hot and you can still use the on/off switch.

Isn't it better to run the ground somewhere else than over the cell monitoring cables to avoid shorts if the fragile silicone shielding fatigues? E.g. have it run around the other side of the battery?
Hi, I have a ebike with a 500 watt motor. The BMS went bad. Cells look good individually and producing 54v altogether. Bought replacement 13s BMS but the old one has no C- but new one does. Seems all new ones include C- so what to do in this situation? Is negative charge/discharge through P- ok? Or do you have BMS you recommend? Thanks
Hey my man ive some 36volt 500watt 60cell batterys i want to join some together ,do i need one big bms or can i put 1 bms on each pack then join them all together. Im looking for big oower my man 🎉🎉😂
Ann power on Aliexpress has exact same bms as he was using, but it has built in switch. I.ve been using theirs for over 2 years, built a lot of batteries with them and im very pleased with the quality.

Hi, I planed to use only one pin for charge and discharge. The BMS I Bought came with C-. Can we join C- and P- in the same pin?

why 36v uses 10S bms instead of 9S? this seams to be the common practice but no explanation!
It's based on discharged voltage. 3.6 * 10 = 36v, 3.6 * 9 =/= 36
He really didn't explain much on what he was doing eg where the wires go etc
Horrible. Why would you have the battery facing away from us on 8:00mins. Can't even see what ur doing or what wires ur testing. Lol's ur video lol
If you take the time to LISTEN to what he says, he tells you what wires he is testing at 8.00mins.
