My unit arrived damaged, Assembled it, When I plugged in the battery equalizer it smoked. I cannot get the BMS to communicate with the eg4 6000XP inverter. I've tried three different ways. Password doesn't work for the Bluetooth (888888) and the BMS interface is locked.

I did it exaclty the same way. I have 2 batteries and one worked. on the second the active balancer smoked 2min after connecting it :/ is it possible to get warrenty or rebuy it somehow?

That is not how you measure internal resistance

In the video, the brand new A-grade battery cell is provided by BASENGREEN, and the internal resistance has already been tested when it arrived, so we didn't test it again. If customers choose to buy the cells provided by other suppliers or use the existing battery cell, it is recommended to confirm the internal resistance before assembling.

It looks good, but you really need to work on the interior design. This is very dirty and not professional at all. If you are using a separate balancer, the cabling needs to somehow run on the same PCB. This is now like a prototype. Maybe you can replace the BMS with JK , and it is all done. This I will not buy!

@@Tom-BasenBattery He is right. I know you would like customers to buy your box and use your BMS but reality is different than your expectation.
Regular users may be fine with your bms and will buy your diy box but power users will not.
Those people like JK BMS better and will choose the manufacturer who offers it. So you are losing many potential customers by not having option with jk bms.
If you offer that option even if priced a bit higher power users will choose to buy it.
