I have read some of these books and enjoyed them, but it's like we're having a dialogue with someone who already understands and can interact with you when I watch your videos. The concepts are simple easy to understand. You write no more than the 5 big ideas. No one has time to wait for the payoff anymore. Digestible pieces and then apply. I take notes and rewatch them when I get stuck I look at my notes. To make sure they really get in there, I teach them to my staff- and then I have them teach each other. Thank you.
I have improved my performance, my goals achievements since the moment I am on a checklist method. Ur this lecture helped me to get that answer more clearly, why I am going good? 🤓Thanks U are a great teacher man. Keep going. 👏👏👏
Ha, I lose 3x5 cards and they ended up all over the place, so I came up with a acronyms for things like my morning routine - BBC Productions” - Bed (make it), brush teeth, commune, and so on.
OPTIMIZE with Brian Johnson ever since I first watched this (~6mo ago) I’ve been getting everyone’s name in the OR before surgery (eye surgeon) and it actually had made a difference. Keep up the good work team optimize; making a positive difference in ppls lives 🤙🏻
