So really, powerscaling could be like any type of method to scale a character's strength. Examples like: character A is stronger and faster ect than character B, therefore character A wins. Another example would be character A Beat character B who beat character C, therefore character A can beat character C, and that's when feats and achievements come into play when you scale a characters power. So even if you claim you don't do powerscaling, you still are comparing fictional characters. Which is literally using powerscaling so you can determine who wins.

I think minus one would win because the regeneration and the fact that he his own atomic breath hurts him so there is a high chance it can probably do damage to 54 even if the radiation didn’t work the shock wave and the impact would probably hurt him and even if 54 did somehow manage to kill minus one he would come back you need to destroy every part of him to kill him in the end of the movie spoiler he starts to come back because a single piece of flesh so he would still regenerate if there were pieces of himself left

That's the temperature in his heart. When his heart is that hot, it fails like any nuclear reactor. The actual reactors don't get that hot even though their radiation does.
