I'm addicted to 12rep sets after warm up then when I'm only able to get 8- 10 I do a drop where I go down 20lbs and crank out 7 more..I'm wondering if I'm not training as heavy as I should..I love the pump I get but am I giving up results?..

    • @davidmmuench

What James said was profound. “The key to failure isn’t when you can’t no longer move the weight. It’s when you break form.”
100% on point especially when you’re training alone.
