- The Ultimate Work Knife Guide: Top 10 for Any Job! Each one of these knives would be a great option for any job site. I have tested them all and some of them have even served me well on some of the most rugged jobs. I made sure all the knives on this list had washers in the pivot because some work place are full of dirty and debris which could destroy a knife that has bearings in the pivot. I also have a video of some cheaper options as well as some more premium ones. What is your favorite work knife and do you have any that you would add to this list?

With your $300 price point, I'm not sure this list can be beat. Excellent showcase of knives!
I carry the Cold Steel Grik at work and it’s a fine knife. Some think the AUS8 steel is a little dated but it stays super sharp with regular stropping. four finger grip. I like the pocket clip bc it resists scratching thing I may bump into. Simple. Left hand friendly. And it’s wallet friendly too, under $40.
You did an good job on those a-100 scales, the knife looks great!
Yyes,the rsk would be my first choice for hard use-I have both the full size and the mini.However,we recently got constitutional carry in my state,which incoudes fixed blades,which is What I now primarly edc,check out the bradford guardIan 3 and the essee xancudo

The Esee folders are really good as well. Not hard to replace either if your job is harsh on edges like warehouse work.
Surprisingly, my best work knife was a Cara Cara 2. I didn’t care about my first one so just tossed in my pocket and used it hard. On drywall and scraping and I’d just wipe it down with alcohol every once in a while.
Never got dull.. never felt unsafe even when used unsafely. I eventually got back into knives and learned how to sharpen kinda on my first one. Then lost it. Then I got two to make sure I always had one.. gave both away 😅 cause they make the perfect one and done for non-knife people that need one hit don’t know or care enough to actually buy themselves one.
So yeah, cara cara while you can still get them. Great hard use worker for $35. They’ve been discontinued as of June so get one quick
I carry the Spyderco Amalgam, it is a beast with great tip, an killer slicing! An it molds to my hand! And I did put a deep carry pocket clip on too!
And finally it is a dream to carry, light but strong!
I'm looking at your older hard use vids and good God you under sell it. Most of them I ended up saving to my wishlist lol

Not my type of knife, although I have a few heavy duty blades. I concur with the Shaman; I have a Z-wear blade in brown micarta. I doubt I will ever part with the Shaman. Today I carried a Laid Back Jack and the Rockstead Chou for my fixed blade. Take care. Thanks for sharing.

I quit like an American tanto as a work knife as its good for chiseling and scraping. My go to work knife is a civivi synergy 3 tanto. I swapped the bearings out for after market bronze washers and put a titanium clip on it.
What about the cold steel American lawman?
Good tri ad lock knife, and edc friendly. Do you like it?
Believe it or not I've been using my titanium monikala assault team for my construction/work knife and has been a solid choice.
A good video idea would be about the knife you had on you when you had your accident.

I have a few “good” knives but I usually carry my 920-2 at work for it’s toughness. I’d like to get something a little less expensive for use on the job, that has better cutting geometry, and yet remains as tough and easy to use. Does the Cold Steel Air Lite have decent action? Any other suggestions in the $40-75 range? Thanks for all the great content with none of the ego and BS!!!
I really really want to get my hands on the Houge mini RSK. They are not so available unfortunately.
The RSKs are exclusive to Knifeworks. They have some of the minis in 20cv in stock atm.
Just a heads up, they have some mini RSKs in magnacut/black g10 on their site as well now.

I'm looking for a 3.5 " blade in 14c or similar liner lock or cross bar with a thick handle like griptillian thick and a pocket clip that doesn't bend out right away all for less than 100$ any ideas

The Magnacut RSK is my current EDC, love it. Definitely considering some OG scales for it.

I wouldn't want to take any if these knives into my work I'd destroy them.....these are to expensive to destroy

Why? Price? If so, I agree, especially the Bugout.
@@elconquistador98 yes, Benchmade is pricing their knives too high. It’s a good knife but don’t feed the beast. Otherwise everything will be expensive.
