⬇️ Who will win the second episode of Challenge Accepted? Are you #TeamBoys (Andy and Rick) or #TeamGirls (Kate and Anna)? Let us know in the comments and watch and find out at 1pm! ⬇️
I had no idea too I got the impression she was in the middle ground between Anna and Andy had no idea she was that quick - that time is amazing very well done!
You should do a race where, at the start, everyone gets a clue of where they have to run to next. If they get to the right place, they get the next clue, and so on and so forth. Winner is whoever gets to the correct final destination first.
Challenge suggestion: Prediction Race! Do an agreed upon distance (5k? 10k?) at a predicted pace (each runner has a different predicted pace). Run the distance wearing a running watch but DO NOT LOOK at it during the race. The runner closest to their predicted time wins. The race rewards consistent pace and running by feel -- NOT fastest pace. Great job everyone!
Great video! Idea for the next challenge: Choose your own start time and run either 5 or 10k. The goal is to arrive as close to the same finish time as possible, BUT without using a watch/timer. The person with the fewest seconds over/under the finish time wins. (For example, if the finish time was 4pm and you chose a 50min run time, you would start at 3.10pm. If you arrived ten seconds early or late, that's your 'score'. Aiming for the lowest score possible.)
Hi, first of all congrats to your performances. My new challenge idea is to let all of the runners compete in the another 10k at different times. First to start will be Rick, as he had the slowest time in the video with 53:45, so he will not have a handicap. Next one to start will be Anna. But she needs to wait 1:08 minutes after Ricks start, as she was 1:08 faster than him with a time of 52:37. Then comes Kate with a handicap of 15:30 minutes, as her time (38:15) was 15:30 minutes faster than Rick ran. And finally, Andy with 35:04 has to wait 18:41 minutes, until he is allowed to catch up on the other three. Rick needs to start at 12 o'clock and the rest get to start as many minutes and seconds after 12 as I mentioned. The first to reach 10k by time of day will win, not the fastest. With other words: the one who improved most to last time's performance wins. So if you start too late, it will be your own fault. But on paper you all have the same chance to win and therefore I think that this will be the fairest challenge that I can think of.
Challenge Ideas: 1. Choose a fast pace, and try to long at that pace for the longest amount of time 2. Most elevation gained in __ amount of time 3. Big-mac mile (beer mile with Big-mac's) 4. Backwards running challenge (See who could run the fastest 5k, but backwards)
Ok here’s my challenge to celebrate the upcoming return of track events: boys v girls again... each individual has to do the Olympic track events 1500m, 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m for time with a small rest inbetween each event - but each competitor can choose their own event order. Add the times together - fastest combined team wins. Tactical planning on which events to push harder on. 🏃♂️
Challenge: Each athlete must sing an entire song, can be chosen by the running channel, while running, then a 48 hour long public youtube poll decides the winner
Loved it. Running with fun challenges. Perfect. Also rick singing is always a winner!!! How about who can run furthest in a random week. No warning. Complete chance, also flexibility!!!
One strategy for running faster races that I’ve not heard you discuss is the importance of understanding how courses are measured and how to use that understanding to run smart tangents to shave seconds and minutes off your race times.
My challenge: an orienteering race! A fifth person prepares a route in an area none of you know. Then you all meet at the starting point and get to see the route on a map for about 1-5 minutes (depending on how complicated and long it is) and get the chance to make notes on a piece of paper. Then each of you starts with a time difference. If you meet while running, you are not allowed to speak to each other. The winner would be the one who's route is the closest to the planned one! :)
I ran a 10k for our running club challenge this morning in 55.37, one of my best runs in a while, normally come in on the hour mark, I couldn’t even do Andy’s and Kate’s time in a dream 😂
well done Rick, you redeemed yourself after the last challenge. Great run too Anna and Kate (I didn't know you were that fast). Andy, still good and fast. Next challenge, going old school, 3 legged race!
Challenge proposal: average fastest mile per kilo (time in seconds divided by total weight of the runner) between two teams: Kate and Rick Vs Anna and Andy
My challenge idea, how much speed have you lost/retained during lockdown. Run a 5k, closest to their 2019 PB wins. Would be interesting to see who has let themselves go a bit ☺️
Just want to thank the running channel gang for your advice. Just gone from 0 to half marathon in 4 months. Did first half marathon in 1:46:03. Keep the videos coming.
Great video! My idea for the next challenge is - over a 7 day period who can get the most Strava Crowns. Each runner can pick any segments they want, in any location & run as often as they like. All that matters is how many crowns they win in 7 days.
Challenge: each person plans a 5k route. It can be any route, a track, up hill, off road, treadmill with a preset elevation, ect. The only limit is that is must be in a reasonably reachable area for all four runners. The four routes are then put in a hat and randomly assigned to each runner. Fastest wins.
This needs a slight tweak. Instead of fastest wins, each runner has a target time that is half of their "boys vs girls" 10k. 1 point for every second below the time. -1 point for every second over it. This makes is fair when competing against an Olympic athlete.
Here's my idea for your next BvG Challenge: Highest Elevation Wins! Run for at least 5k with increasing elevation. The highest combined elevation at the end of 5k wins the challenge!
I think this is a great challenge because you can see how there could be many different strategies. Would you run a series of hill repeats? But there would have to be a time factor for it such as each person’s 5k sb rather than them running at least 5k. Yes, I think that works. Achieve as much elevation gains as you can in whatever your 5k sb is. What do you think?
Great video!! Next challenge: run negative splits - stop when you can’t get quicker. Can’t look at watch during run but can look at the end of each km. There’ll need to be a starting point - maybe average km pace for the first one? See who can run the furthest. No pausing etc so need to think about crossing roads etc x
Great challenge, fair play to Rick for pulling it out of the bag! I thought the girls were going to win to be honest. Also love the 'special skill - singing while running' 😂
I have a Cardiac Hills session on Thursday night, with restrictions starting to lift I thought it would make a great Boys v Girls race? Needed, one killer hill about 800m long ... we use a quiet country lane just outside Upton Scudamore in Wiltshire. The challenge will be to run half the hill (400m) then recover back down to run the full hill (800m) and again recover back down. Would suggest 4 reps for Kate & Andy and 3 reps for Anna & Rick. A rep will consist of 1 half hill followed by a full hill. Add the times together for the climbs, quickest combined total wins 🏆 You may wish to consider placing a limit on the recovery times to avoid Rick stopping for tea ☕
Idea for the next Challenge accepted video is... Hill repeats for (number) of kms. You can stop your watch after each repitition. Handicaps for runners that are faster etc. Comment and like if you think it’s a good idea
How about doing the hill repeat you run 1/4 of the way up the hill then down then 1/2 way up and back to the start then 3/4 of the way up the hill then down to the start then sprint to the top something like that🏃🏃🏃
Great Video and Challenge. Not related but wanted to ask the community and the channel, if anyone has used the The Run Experience app or training programs if there were any reviews?
Thanks for all the great content over the last few months 👍 My idea for a challenge would be to see who could come nearest to a 5k without looking at your watch. By turning autolap off, wearing the watch either covered or in a pocket, pressing start and heading out on an unfamiliar route. You press stop when you think you’ve covered 5k. Nearest to correct distance wins. To add an extra dimension, if you pressed stop and didn’t look at the elapsed time you could also guess your finish time. (Maybe wearing your watch under a sweatband could make this work) 😁
Great news! We're making your suggestion into a video and we would love it if you could record an introduction video for us setting the challenge. Could you email us: community@therunningchannel.com and I'll tell you everything you need to know? Thanks so much and look forward to hearing from you soon! Mary
Great video. For the next challenge: run a certain course (for instance a 5k), then turn around and run back to the start (same course). Try and get as close to the time you first ran over that distance, without looking at your watch.
I'm loving this series! Challenge Idea: Let's up the ante and make it a full marathon relay. Each team would split the distance into at least 4 legs and team members will alternate between them.
Great vid! I was so (trying to) do the maths in my head as the +/- splits were being shouted out, although after 10 miles myself this morning my brain was mushed. Maybe some afternoon pinot will help...
Here are some ideas for your next challenge 1.Try to walk/run 100k steps in a 24 hrs 2.running fastest mile/5k in Blue jeans. 3.running fastest 5k in crocs.
Great challenge and great effort from all. Well done guys! I think I recognise the spot and was a marshal at Andy's tight corner a couple of years ago.
Girls vs boys in an elevation challenge: highest elevation with the most even pacing for a 5k. Cummulative Highest elevation and most even pacing with the fastest time wins.
Kate: “I'm just gunna collapse....here. OMG” 🤣 Been there but not at her pace. Great running Kate: Andy: "Idiot 3:21” I think that @ 5! I'd like a video on excuses because after seeing the pace of you guys I think I need many more. Well done all. Love this channel.
Like MegWag on Jami reviews mentioned very recently it's actually counter productive to run with cushioned shoes on the track since the track IS cushioned. Proper racing flats or even spikes would yield a much better chrono for any runner
Greetings from Sweden, I love the show! Challenge suggestion. Since Covid cheated me out of this summers Ragnar relay, I though it could be an idea. 30k Anna/Andy vs. Kate/Rick Each runner runs 3 times. 5k, 10k, 15k in any order. Each stage must start no sooner than 8 hours after the previous stage start. Finish in under 24hrs. It's not an easy run but it would be cool to see you guys do something a little bonkers like this. Anyway stay cool, stay safe! P. S. I have a micro-crush on Anna ;)
As a challenge, is there a way of taking each presenters best 5k time then, using a handicapped starting time, have you all do 5k around a track so that everyone finishes on the same lap & races to the finish ? ie Kate may start 4 mins behind Anna, Andy 5 mins behind Rick etc. They do these demo races before F1's between road cars & different types of race cars. Love this channel.
The Running Channel Love your awesome videos, there all cool, love to see a Anna and Rick team, maybe have one in where Anna and Rick teamed up against Kate and Andy, Maybe Kate and Andy would have to do, a V02 Max at home, workout 1, before they did the 10km race/run, and see who would get the shortest time (totally up) Anna and Rick would go straight out on the run, 10km run, I would cheer on Anna and Rick, because Anna your awesome, Rick your awesome as well, (not as awesome as Anna) And once again Runing Channel love your video,
Watching this video with my left foot elevated trying to heal from a sesamoid fracture. Thanks for a fun video, epic effort by all and much enjoyed. Super impressed with Kate's time wow. Nice work all.
Amazing video and some awesome times! Also can tell that you are all very competitive (Anna at the end i thought may have just walked off lol) maybe next challenge could be have to run, but it has to spell TRC (the running channel obv). fastest wins?
What a fun challenge to watch! ❤ Excellent job, gentlemen. 🙌 Great effort, ladies. 👍I challenge you to complete a mixed gender relay race. Each team with one male and one female. Are you up for it? 😊
Fantastic efforts all and a congrats to the winners! Challenge idea: cross training . See who can take their running fitness and turn that into performance in another discipline - let you 4 decide on what discipline makes the best sense for your situations.
Nice work everyone. I think you should do some sort altitude gain challenge, either most in an hour or gain a certain amount of height in the fastest time perhaps
Challenge idea - Negative splits challenge: Run 12km, each km 5 seconds faster than the last (eg 5min/km to 4min/km) - can be adjusted based on abilities, winner is the person who's km times are closest to the required pace.
⬇️ Who will win the second episode of Challenge Accepted? Are you #TeamBoys (Andy and Rick) or #TeamGirls (Kate and Anna)? Let us know in the comments and watch and find out at 1pm! ⬇️
I like team boys but my favorite is Anna.
#teamboys
Team boys
#TeamGirls !!! go on girls!
#TeamGirls
My gosh, I didn't realise Kate was operating at that level.. Wow.
She did so great!
Thank you!! X
yeah that's some crazy time!!
I had no idea too I got the impression she was in the middle ground between Anna and Andy had no idea she was that quick - that time is amazing very well done!
Great time that is!!! Very impressive.

Interesting idea.
Rick’s special skills: ‘singing while running’ 😂😂😂 love it!
😂😂
Kate’s warmup looks faster than my top speed 😂
😂
Me too!
Same here!
yes mine too
“I do want to come home tho, have a Pinot Grigio in the fridge” 😁😁🥰
😂😂 priorities
Rick is my spirit animal.
Great video! Challenge idea: have an hour to "draw" a strava run of a runner and have the audience vote on the best one!
Like this idea
Great idea!
For the next challenge, what if you added 10% of each person's body weight to a pack and made them run a 5 or 10k?
Nice one, added to the ideas list!
Great video! Idea for the next challenge: Choose your own start time and run either 5 or 10k. The goal is to arrive as close to the same finish time as possible, BUT without using a watch/timer. If you arrived ten seconds early or late, that's your 'score'. Aiming for the lowest score possible.)
Thanks for the idea!
That was ridiculously tense even without any 'skin in the game!' - great stuff! Well done Rick: it was always going to be his time that decided it.
Thanks for watching!
Hi, first of all congrats to your performances.
My new challenge idea is to let all of the runners compete in the another 10k at different times.
First to start will be Rick, as he had the slowest time in the video with 53:45, so he will not have a handicap.

So if you start too late, it will be your own fault. But on paper you all have the same chance to win and therefore I think that this will be the fairest challenge that I can think of.
That's a good concept I have done before. Great fun.
Challenge Ideas:
1. Choose a fast pace, and try to long at that pace for the longest amount of time
2. Most elevation gained in __ amount of time
3. Big-mac mile (beer mile with Big-mac's)
4. Backwards running challenge (See who could run the fastest 5k, but backwards)
Thanks for the ideas!
Kate's time is actually crazy! I thought Andy would run way faster than her. Good job everyone!
Thanks!
Why thank you ;) (I hope that's crazy in a good way, mind!)
I just looked her up. She ran 3:34 at Boston last year. Holy smokes, that's fast!
I would to see Anna and Rick have to team up for a challenge.
Would LOVE to see that!
Yeah
Ok here’s my challenge to celebrate the upcoming return of track events:
boys v girls again... each individual has to do the Olympic track events 1500m, 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m for time with a small rest inbetween each event - but each competitor can choose their own event order. I hope they choose this challange
Best one
Challenge: Each athlete must sing an entire song, can be chosen by the running channel, while running, then a 48 hour long public youtube poll decides the winner
I think Rick will LOVE this one

One of your best videos! Kate did amazing - 38 minutes on a track on her own. Congratulations also to Rick - really delivered the goods
Thanks so much 😊😊
Challenge proposal: who can improve their VO2 max the most in a 2 week period 🏃♀️
Great idea!
1 mile race with handicapped starts so each person has a chance to cross the line in first place. Also give Andy a crack at hunting down the pack ;)
"See if I can get this first kilometre as close to 3:26 as possible!"
3 minutes later...
"Idiot! 3:21!"
Very relatable hahaha
😂😂
My challenge: an orienteering race! A fifth person prepares a route in an area none of you know. Only one word needed, Excellent. Always enjoy your content.
Thanks so much
I’m loving the banter. You guys are a fun group, not to mention fast as well. Entertaining video!
Andy does his 10k slightly slower than I do my 5k 😭
Well done everyone!
He is an ex-olympian! Thanks so much!
I live for running and just all sport videos and I just know this is going to make my day
That’s so sweet! Hope you enjoy
The whole team smashed this out the park! I love how seriously you guys are all taking it!!
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed 😊
I ran a 10k for our running club challenge this morning in 55.37, one of my best runs in a while, normally come in on the hour mark, I couldn’t even do Andy’s and Kate’s time in a dream 😂
I kind of know how you feel but still well done. How long have you been running? I am going to keep on trying to maintain and improve.
I’ve been running since 2013
Rick u improved a lot!!
👍
well done Rick, you redeemed yourself after the last challenge. Great run too Anna and Kate (I didn't know you were that fast). Andy, still good and fast.
Next challenge, going old school, 3 legged race!
Loving these sports day race challenge ideas, would be so fun! Thanks for watching 😊
These challenges are fantastic, absolutely loving your content!!!
Thanks so much!
Great challenge and effort!! Whatever challenge you do next, change the teams: Rick and Kate against Anna and Andy. Keep the videos coming!
Thanks for the idea!
Yeah I agree with u
Challenge proposal: average fastest mile per kilo (time in seconds divided by total weight of the runner) between two teams: Kate and Rick Vs Anna and Andy
Good work Rick. Well earned on that Pinot. Next race you could add a handicap from the time for this race. Whoever improves on their time the most.
Definitely🍷 Ohh that’s I good idea, thanks!
Thanks for your Using My Music // Keep up the fresh & Spacey content ✊🏽✨🙏🛸 !
My challenge idea, how much speed have you lost/retained during lockdown. Run a 5k, closest to their 2019 PB wins. Would be interesting to see who has let themselves go a bit ☺️
I think your next challenge should be over 10k who can gain the most altitude. No need for speed but who can climb the furthest/ highest 👍😁
Thanks for the idea 😊
So much Running Channel content right now, I am LOVING this!!!🏃🏻♀️
Glad you’re enjoying it!
Just want to thank the running channel gang for your advice. Just gone from 0 to half marathon in 4 months. Did first half marathon in 1:46:03. Keep the videos coming.
That’s amazing! So glad to be part of your running journey 😊
Rick is comical haha 🤣 Also Kate... bloody hell you're fast! Well done to all of you!
Thanks so much!
Great video! My idea for the next challenge is - over a 7 day period who can get the most Strava Crowns. Each runner can pick any segments they want, in any location & run as often as they like. All that matters is how many crowns they win in 7 days.
"special skill: singing while running" SAME, RICK, SAME.
It’s a real skill! 😉
Boys! Wooooooooo! An amazing challenge. I was gripped. Such suspense.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Here's my idea for your next BvG Challenge: Highest Elevation Wins!
Run for at least 5k with increasing elevation. The highest combined elevation at the end of 5k wins the challenge!
Thanks for the challenge suggestion!
Awesome job Andy, Rick, Kate and Anna! I would be lucky to run a 10k in an hour. You are all an inspiration!
Wow, thank you!
35 min 10k is unreal, Andy is an absolute unit 😵
Agreed!
It takes me a few mins more to do a 5k. That's amazing how quick Andy can run!
Challenge accepted 😉 Thanks for the idea!
Great challenge, fair play to Rick for pulling it out of the bag! I thought the girls were going to win to be honest. Also love the 'special skill - singing while running' 😂
Singing whilst running is a killer, but maybe it’s Ricks secret weapon 👀
Great content guys. So entertaining. Well done. First time I've seen Rick sweating!!! Hard luck girls. Great running all round.
Thanks for watching!
Add the times together for the climbs, quickest combined total wins 🏆
You may wish to consider placing a limit on the recovery times to avoid Rick stopping for tea ☕
Great effort guys from all of you 👏👏and some great times well done 👍
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching!
Idea for the next Challenge accepted video is... Hill repeats for (number) of kms. You can stop your watch after each repitition. Handicaps for runners that are faster etc. Comment and like if you think it’s a good idea
Nice idea, thanks!
This made me want to go out and do a 10k. Ended up running 50:07 which is a new pb for the distance. Kate is really rather quick!
Glad this gave you some motivation, well done on your PB!
(Maybe wearing your watch under a sweatband could make this work) 😁
Love this idea! Will add it to the list, thanks!
Great news! We're making your suggestion into a video and we would love it if you could record an introduction video for us setting the challenge. Could you email us: community@therunningchannel.com and I'll tell you everything you need to know? Thanks so much and look forward to hearing from you soon!
Mary
@@runningchannel -ah wow! I’ll get that done and sent to you 😀
Fun video. What a great time by Kate!
I loved Anna’s description of the headwind. Minging! 😂
Hahaha 😂 thanks for watching!
That was excellent. Now how about taking the fastest 5k block from each presenter from this challenge and use those times for a 5k handicap race?
Nice suggestion! Will add this to the list
Watching this now in April 23 when Rick has only just started running again and it sounds like Sarah was doing the voice over
How time flies 😂😂
✨ Team Girls all the way ✨
We all know Anna's gonna win this one.
🙌
Time for a rematch.... You ladies took it easy on them
Have a go at Everesting, it's the current cycling go to challenge. Why not running?
Great video. For the next challenge: run a certain course (for instance a 5k), then turn around and run back to the start (same course). Try and get as close to the time you first ran over that distance, without looking at your watch.
Ohh that would be interesting, no running on tracks then!
The Running Channel Nope, preferably a course the runners are not familiar with.
I'm loving this series! Challenge Idea: Let's up the ante and make it a full marathon relay. Each team would split the distance into at least 4 legs and team members will alternate between them.
Great idea, thanks! Have added that to the list!
Brilliant challenge. The result announcement at the end, looked like Rick was sitting in an ejector seat 😂😂😂
Hahah their faces when they saw the results! 😂
You all are amazing!! I absolutely love your challenge series! So intense, but fun to watch. Muck Love 💕
Thanks so much! More challenges to come from us 😊
Great vid! I was so (trying to) do the maths in my head as the +/- splits were being shouted out, although after 10 miles myself this morning my brain was mushed. Maybe some afternoon pinot will help...
Here are some ideas for your next challenge
1.Try to walk/run 100k steps in a 24 hrs
2.running fastest mile/5k in Blue jeans.
3.running fastest 5k in crocs.
Nice challenge ! Today it's my time on trying a PB on 10k. You put pression on me with your amazing times !
You’ve got this!! Good luck 😊
Great challenge and great effort from all. Well done guys!
I think I recognise the spot and was a marshal at Andy's tight corner a couple of years ago.
Thanks so much for watching!
Hahah😂 an excise video would be great, these guys have got loads of excuses up their sleeve 😉
Loving the challenge series guys. Anna needs a points boost so a 24 hour endurance race next!!
Great idea! Thanks for watching
I'm proud of all of you for putting in max effort to do your best times. Very motivating and entertaining. Love you all!
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it!
Like MegWag on Jami reviews mentioned very recently it's actually counter productive to run with cushioned shoes on the track since the track IS cushioned. Proper racing flats or even spikes would yield a much better chrono for any runner
8:20. If looks could kill. Anna “ the wind down there is fxcking hard! 😂😂😂. Love this challenge, maybe do 13.2 x2 , men vs women.
Hahaha 😂 thanks for the challenge idea, will add it to the list!
Greetings from Sweden, I love the show!
Challenge suggestion. Since Covid cheated me out of this summers Ragnar relay, I though it could be an idea.
30k
Anna/Andy vs. Kate/Rick
Each runner runs 3 times.
Its been a lot of “short” challenges and I think Anna is doing great all the time. I want to see a 50K challenge...
Ooh good suggestion Johan!
Do a 1-mile-an-hour challenge, like Beau Miles. The runner that gets the most chores done and runs 24 miles/kilometers wins! 💪
Loved that challenge from Beau Miles!
Whoa at all your times. Well done all of you. Can you remind us of any tips for 10ks?
As a challenge, is there a way of taking each presenters best 5k time then, using a handicapped starting time, have you all do 5k around a track so that everyone finishes on the same lap & races to the finish ? ie Kate may start 4 mins behind Anna, Andy 5 mins behind Rick etc. They do these demo races before F1's between road cars & different types of race cars. Love this channel.
Great suggestion, thanks!
That was such a fun challenge! Nail biter. That might be fun for our family to do.
The Running Channel
Love your awesome videos, there all cool, love to see a Anna and Rick team, maybe have one in where Anna and Rick teamed up against Kate and Andy,
Maybe Kate and Andy would have to do, a V02 Max at home, workout 1, before they did the 10km race/run, and see who would get the shortest time (totally up)
Anna and Rick would go straight out on the run, 10km run, I would cheer on Anna and Rick, because Anna your awesome, Rick your awesome as well, (not as awesome as Anna)
And once again Runing Channel love your video,
Thank you so much! Great ideas, will add them to the list 😊
Watching this video with my left foot elevated trying to heal from a sesamoid fracture. Thanks for a fun video, epic effort by all and much enjoyed. Super impressed with Kate's time wow. Nice work all.
Thanks so much glad you enjoyed it! Hope your foot gets better soon!
This looks really fun and you guys made it funny at the same time lol
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed!
Wow, you all did really well, Andy your time is what I do 5k 😂 well done, your fast. X
Thank you!
Amazing video and some awesome times! Also can tell that you are all very competitive (Anna at the end i thought may have just walked off lol)
maybe next challenge could be have to run, but it has to spell TRC (the running channel obv). fastest wins?
Glad you enjoyed it! Ohh love the sound of that!
So fun. I love these videos! Congrats for you all. Great performances!!
Thanks so much 😊
The Running Channel 👍😊😉
What a fun challenge to watch! ❤ Excellent job, gentlemen. 🙌 Great effort, ladies. 👍I challenge you to complete a mixed gender relay race. Each team with one male and one female. Are you up for it? 😊
Ohh good idea to mix up the teams! Thanks for suggesting it 😊
Fantastic efforts all and a congrats to the winners! Challenge idea: cross training . See who can take their running fitness and turn that into performance in another discipline - let you 4 decide on what discipline makes the best sense for your situations.
Ohh I like the sound of this! Thanks for suggesting it
Love this channel and advice, but beets ug! Andy your a madman wow 35 minutes!
Thank you so much 😊
Do how to run at a fast pace and Tips how to
Well done lads 👍.
Never mind Anna, enjoy your beetroot salad later 😁
All the beetroot! 😂
Congratulations to the boys team but more mentally challenging for the girls to run a 10k on a track. 👏👏
The track was definitely a tough mental challenge! Thanks for watching 😊😊
Rick - "to make things a little bit more interesting, I'm going to try to get lost".
Always comes up with the best tactics 😂
Nice work everyone. I think you should do some sort altitude gain challenge, either most in an hour or gain a certain amount of height in the fastest time perhaps
Nice idea!
What watch is Anna wearing? I like the pace display
It’s the Garmin Fenix 6S Sapphire,l. The pace shot was using it’s Pace Pro setting 👌 (Anna)
@@runningchannel Something my Fenix 5 doesn't do :(
Challenge idea - Negative splits challenge: Run 12km, each km 5 seconds faster than the last (eg 5min/km to 4min/km) - can be adjusted based on abilities, winner is the person who's km times are closest to the required pace.
