Queens of the stone age aren't really exploding true Jon´s potential.
All I know, is if I was the guitar player I'd do my sets on a 3'x3' rug. If the base of that mic stand breeched the parameter, I'd drop the guitar, pull out a stun gun, and go teach wiry lookin' sumbitch a thing or two about my reasonable expectations of on stage safety!
I'd like to think Josh Homme would do the same.
I kind agree with you
they definitely aren't exploding true Jon's potential, but they could be exploring Jon's true potential!
50
But at least he has a neck now
cicatriz was so intense that jon's shirt just melted
almost 50 minutes show, just 3 songs, imagine the whole album show
It would be going on to this day
That has to be the most chaotic yet tight rhythm section in human existence. Juan and Jon are absolute madmen but are still able to keep things together, It is mind-blowing and ridiculous how good they are
the only post hardcore progressive jazz jamband
Snowvak Jam band? Really?
@@EliasTheHunter they definitely incorporate a lot of improv in their live sets.
@@Creed_fan_69 Two very different things. I agree that they improv a lot!
What a wall of sound from a 4-piece and a singer. RIP Ikey Owens.
Jon Theodore always looks like he's taking a call. What an incredible dude..
I love being able to hear Ikey.
It's what keeps bringing me back to their old shows. This band created truly magical music
40:29 microphone appears out of no air. one of the greatest live sets in history with 3 songs. Jon Theodore fucking kills it. such a great drummer
Cicatriz has always been such a sudden release of dopamine. 😍
I came qcross this 1byear ago
best band ever!
1:26 Roulette Dares
14:36 Cicatriz ESP
38:15 Drunkship O Lanterns
Friggin spectacular!! Electrifying performance, and the best line up in my opinion withJon Theodore and Ikey Owens. My personal favorite era of TMV, but I still love everything they've done!!
Can't be explained with words 🍄
THE pure organized chaos,...goregous,..fabulous,..just unbelievable
My favourite live video of Mars Volta!
Great audio for a live show, thanks so much
15 years! Please come back!
La mejor formación de los Volta de toda la historia.
uno los escucha
y se podría decir bien que rokean
Shirtless Jon is like one of the best things out there to see!
God damn I miss when Cedric sounded this good live.

D R U M S
they placed parts of cassandra gemini into cicatriz!!
Juan’s playing a jazz that’s different
Latinos on prog? Sign me the fuck up!! Ikey Owens, rest in peace.
What was this recorded on... a potato? Sound quality is so bad but still gonna watch it
The sound is top notch. What exactly is wrong with your speakers?
This is not the original line up.
Thanks I've removed that line.
Amazing, but I must say it......DRUGS
No doubt this band is proof that drugs can indeed be a good thing.
Pete Hogan, if you cannot understand someone's comment and do not understand this bands issues with drugs move along.
Pete couldn't agree more, I found them when I was into drugs and I am thankful for the music they created.
They were my very first drug I got high on back in High School. 👌😄
@@christinacumba787 Don't you dare to say Omar and Cedric on drugs are a good thing
