ingredients:
for pancakes:
4 cups of wheat flour (about 770g)
1 teaspoon of salt,
4 eggs
750 ml of milk,
750 ml of water
2 tablespoons of cold butter
for the stuffing:
1 kg of sauerkraut,
1 kg of mushrooms
2 onions,
Oil,
2 bay leaves,
2 allspice,
marjoram,
ground cumin,
pepper and salt,
